Can't beat it for the price!
This little camera is amazing.I was super skeptical about buying it instead of a GoPro, but I'm glad I did. It's all that a GoPro 4 or even 5 is, build quality, picture quality and ease of use.Only downside is battery life but it's no different than a GoPro.

excellent Action acamera, however they need to add gyro stabilization on all video formats, heats up a bit sometimes but overall a very nice camera.

Works very well on my Shoei motorcycle helmet. Image quality is good. Only problem I've had is that you can't use it in SV ("Superview") mode and gyrostabilization at the same time. 1920-1080 / 1080P, non-SV can be gyrostabilized, but then I have to position the angle very carefully to get both my speedo and enough of the road.

Outstanding 4K action cam. Highly recommended.
An outstanding product. I've previously purchased the SJCAM M10 and M20 and have found them to be great action cams. The SJ7 Star blows them away. The all metal construction is beautiful. It works well with my SJCAM Gimbal. And of course the 4K video is flawless. Highly recommended!

This camera is an excellent alternative to the GoPro
This camera is an excellent alternative to the GoPro. The selling point for me is that it accepts an external microphone. The touchscreen is very responsive and the optics are great. I would highly recommend the SJ7 STAR to those who are looking for an affordable action cam.
