Very Impressive!! Exceeded my expectations in every way!
Very good build quality, straightforward easy to follow assembly instructions. Engraving and cutting quality is fantastic, I was happy to see that it was able to engrave stainless steel extremely well! Customer support is also extremely responsive and helpful, I had some issues setting the device up in Lightburn and they were able to help me resolve my errors in a single email response. 5 out of 5!

Totally AMAZED!!!
This is my first ever engraving machine. I did a lot of research and it seemed like Kentfaith was definitely the way to go for the value. I only had one hiccup, it was my fault. And let me tell you, their customer service is of top-notch. Definitely go with their machines.

This machine does a bit of everything
I love this laser and I haven’t even began to touch all of this machines capabilities. I have used it to engrave metal, wood, leather, and plastic. I have etched images on the back of a couple of iPads, cut vinyl for decals since I don’t have a cricut, and used it to cut stencils out of card stock. Using lightburn allows you to connect directly to your engraver giving the ability to control it with a click of the mouse. I also built an enclosure so I can have it vented outside. Overall I give this machine a 10out of 10, very user friendly and very good safety features.

Great 10 Watt Laser!
Great laser cutter and engraver when you combine it with Lightburn software. Very easy to put together and get running in around an hour and a half. I made a train that was cut from 3mm craft plywood. Kentfaith is a great company with fantastic customer service!

Fast and Fun
I LOVE this laser! This is my first laser purchase. I use Adobe Illustator to make my designs and plan to build a business with this tool. I’m already busy with orders! Engraving and scoring is very fast- cutting wood takes a bit longer. I would purchase again!!

I'm really glad this investment is working out for me.
I really like this Kentfaith engraving machine! I've been crafting for over 20 years and I've been using lasers for over 2 years now. this Kentfaith really upgrades my productivity! It can engrave wood, denim, paper, ceramic, rock slate and even stainless steel as well as other metals!!! I've been able to customize stainless steel, wooden ornaments, ceramic mugs and rock slate coasters right on the spot at craft fairs. I feel it's a game changer and it nearly pays for itself!!!

This home/crafting laser engraver is incredible.
Beautifully manufactured, flawless on arrival and shipped marvelously well to prevent possible damage in shipment this laser engraver will provide so many options to my art work.
Several girlfriends and I have a sort of "art commune". We do various arts, pottery, hanging mobile art, jewelry crafting and more and we travel and sell at art shows. I got this laser engraver as my donation to the group's tool capability. There is so so much we can do with this, engraving Celtic symbols on our wood/pottery items, and individualizing designs. All the parts are super high quality, it engraves on multiple materials and the instruction booklet is clear and concise. We are currently in the process of setting it up and downloading the software which appears simple and easy to do. I will upgrade this review once we all have had the time to experiment with it and download/create designs. This machine is very, very high quality and appears as if it will last us through years of use.

Yes works great burning photos. I do mostly wood with lightburn software. You'll need some software to import the photo format and generate the toolpath as well as lookup or do some testing to find the right material parameters for the results you want.

Hello, it works if you paint the surface black first, then after engraving, remove the paint. If the surface is highly reflective, the laser power will just reflect off the surface, and potentially destroy the lasers if it reflects back into the lasers.
