Replacement for the original battery of the Olympus cameras TG7
Who hasn't experienced the annoying moment when the camera battery runs out during a long day trip? That's why I like to have one or two spare batteries with me.
As I don't like charging the original batteries directly in the camera, but manufacturers often don't provide any other option in the original equipment, I was looking for a charger and spare batteries for my OM SYSTEM Tough TG-7, which will be used for longer periods for the first time during the Christmas holidays.
The charger, the two batteries and a USB-C charging cable (a good 60 cm) were delivered in safe transport packaging.
The charger can be connected via both micro-USB and USB-C. Both batteries were fully charged relatively quickly. The charging status can be monitored via the charging display.
I was able to use both batteries in my camera without any problems.

Product test: Affordable set of batteries and charger
For those who do a lot of photography, K&F Concept is not an unknown name and definitely stands for quality. Here, too, you get an attractive, well-made set for the cameras mentioned - in my case a Ricoh GR III.
The two batteries were initially completely discharged and could easily be fully charged in a few hours using the small charger with micro-USB and USB-C inputs. When inserted into the camera, the batteries were immediately recognized and showed no difference to the original.
I cannot judge whether the original lasts longer and takes more photos; that will only become apparent after longer-term use. First of all, everything works as it should and perfectly.

Useful, practical, complete
This recharging kit for Olympus type LI92B batteries is very practical, because it allows you to recharge two batteries at the same time by plugging the charger into a USB-C socket (with a cable included)
If you can charge the batteries in the camera, the Olympus of a few years ago used a non-standard ""usb"" cable that was particularly expensive to replace, moreover the sockets on these cameras are particularly fragile and break, so I had two cameras that I could no longer use because they could no longer charge. This is where a dedicated charger comes in.
=> the charger itself is light and small, perfectly transportable, compatible with USB-C and mini usb, it charges both the batteries included and the original, and there is a charge indicator.
=> the two batteries included, on paper with a capacity a little lower than the original 1100mha vs 1350mha
the included batteries fit a little less well in the charger than the original batteries
=> the price remains 30€, in principle, it is average even if we find competing products positioned in the 25€ see 20€ if you do not need a charge indicator

Work perfectly with TG-4 and TG-7
I have a 10-year-old Olympus TG-4 and a fairly new OM Systems TG-7.
The batteries from K&F Konzept work perfectly with both cameras.
The charger is also OK.
The price-performance ratio is very good here, a good alternative to the incredibly expensive original batteries.
Of course, it will only be years before we know how good these batteries really are. But even 10 years ago, when I bought my TG-4, I got by well with cheap no-name replacement batteries that still work today, so I'm hopeful here too. Two batteries plus a charger for under €30 are definitely worth a try, when an original battery costs €40.

A good alternative to original batteries
A relative's old Olympus TG-3 devours batteries faster than its shadow and for years it has been chaining third-party brand batteries, many of which have not held their charge beyond a few months.
I don't yet have the necessary perspective to say whether this will be the case on these or not, but they are well recognized by her device, and their lifespan after several outings on several full charges is a little below that of the original batteries. The dual charger that plugs in either USB-C or micro-USB does its job perfectly, but it's a classic charger, rather slow with a charge indicator for each battery and protections against overcharging, overheating and other.
The original LI-92B 1350mAh batteries are €49 each for the official versions at Olympus (= OM System now), while here this kit with 2 DB-110 1100mAh batteries and a double charger in addition is €30 excluding promotion at the time of this test. Although on a charge they last a little less than the original ones, the fact of having 2 for less is therefore worth the cost here, especially since the batteries are very small and easy to carry.
