Fits my older osmo and a I-phone 14 without issues
I think this will work well to make my osmo camera or my iphone 14 hands free. It definitely holds them very securely.
Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, was because one of the bolts was rusty on the end and the quick release is difficult to get to release. Not sure if I could release it is was attached to my backpack strap as it's not very flexible. But that means it will hold well.

Good attachment for action cameras on backpacks.
Since I already have several parts from K&F Concept and really appreciate the quality, the decision to order this mount via the Amazon Vine program was easy when it was offered to me.
I often go on bike rides and actually always have a backpack with me. I tried several options to film these trips. With mounts on the bike, tripod in the side pockets of the backpack, etc. This solution is by far the best I have tried so far.
The mount is attached to the straps of the backpack with a Velcro fastener and at the front you have the option of inserting a clip to which you can attach the usual mounting parts of action cameras. Optionally, you can also attach the supplied smartphone clamp to it. A suitable screw is of course also included. However, you have to note that you cannot fold the smartphone holder up 90 degrees, but rather 80 degrees. You would have to push the holder relatively far up, towards your shoulder, in order to film forwards and not slightly downwards.
My conclusion: a really useful solution for cyclists that impresses with good details, such as the rotating mounting plate.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review
For those who don't feel like reading through everything, I'll write a pro and con and a conclusion at the end.
Today I would like to write my personal opinion on the K&F Concept backpack shoulder strap mount for action cams, which I was able to test as part of the Vine program. This does not influence my review in any way. I hope I can help you decide for or against the product.
What do I use the mount for?
For longer hikes where I want to take pictures of the trail with an action cam (GoPro or Insta 360), I previously had a metal clamp on the backpack shoulder strap.
The disadvantage of such a clamp for me is that, depending on the load in the backpack, it can start to press on the chest.
That's why I'm trying out a Velcro alternative.
The set contains:
- 1x shoulder strap holder with 360 degree rotating holder
- 1x cell phone holder
- 1x screw for attaching the action cam
- 1x quick release fastener (type J)
How does the holder perform in use?
The holder can be attached to the backpack very quickly using Velcro and, as with other holders, the camera can simply be clicked in using a suitable quick release fastener. The camera can be secured using the screw and holds its position quite well.
The problem I have with the holder compared to the metal clamp is that this holder slips down slightly after a while when moving (more or less depending on the backpack). So this holder is not a perfect solution, but due to the more comfortable fit, it is a good alternative for short parts of the route (at least for me). Since I don't always want to record the entire route but often only short sections, the holder can be taken along depending on the intended purpose.
One positive thing is the included cell phone holder. I hardly ever use it, but for many people it could be a great thing. Even if the holder is "only" made of plastic, the phone is still firmly clamped and does not fall out of the holder even with normal movement.
Pro:
+ Quick to attach and remove
+ Cell phone holder included
+ Holder can be rotated 360 degrees
Con:
- Can slide down the strap with "heavier" action cameras or movement
Conclusion
The holder is well suited for recording a small part of the route. It is small, light and can be attached to the backpack very quickly. When hiking, however, the holder sometimes slides down the strap a little, which is why I would recommend a firmer alternative such as a clamp for longer hikes or in the event of strong vibrations.
Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope I was able to help you make a decision.
Best wishes, Nicolas

Simply good
The mount holds well on backpacks or belts or similar things. Even heavier cameras stay securely in place.
The build quality is also good and leaves nothing to be desired.

Decent mount with some limitations
Pros:
- Decent build quality
- Adapter fits well on GoPro HERO 4K
- Supports a 2" strap width
- 360° rotation for flexibility
Cons:
- Harder to check the camera's LCD
- Only works with the “foot” bent back as shown in photo
- May not work well with a 1" strap
- Camera slides down due to camera weight
- Plastic phone clamp of average quality
- Long-term strength of plastic mount untested
The K&F Concept Backpack Shoulder Strap Mount for GoPro Hero 13 12 11 10 9 8 DJI OSMO Action 5, with 360° Rotational, Adjustable Pad has a decent build quality. The adapter fits well on my GoPro HERO 4K, but it only works well with the “foot” of the mount bent to the back of the camera as shown in the picture. In this position, it is harder to check the camera’s LCD. There are also 3 screws on the back of the “foot” to attach it to the “leg” of the mount. The “foot” also fits well in my OEM GoPro Shoe even though it does not have the rubber lock that the OEM “foot” has. A photo is attached to compare the OEM foot (left) with the K&F "foot" under review (right).
The Velcro wrap is fairly strong and can support the GoPro adapter well. However, it is a little stiff and works best with a 2” strap width. It may not work very well with a 1” strap. There is a plastic surface inside the Velcro wrap to grip onto the shoulder strap to prevent it from sliding down. However, due to the weight of the camera, it will slide down for sure. There is no pin or strap provided to prevent the camera from sliding down. Therefore, the Velcro wrap is best installed above a buckle on the shoulder strap, which will stop the camera from sliding down.
The “shoe” on the Velcro wrap can rotate 360 degrees by squeezing 2 release buttons together. It works well, and this rotation can compensate for non-vertical shoulder straps.
The plastic phone clamp can only extend for 1 inch and is of average quality.
All in all, this is a decent backpack strap mount for GoPro cameras. However, the long-term strength and reliability of the predominantly plastic mount have not been tested.

Versatile and affodable mount
This backpack/belt/shoulder strap mount seemed like a convenient way to capture different perspectives without a lot of fuss. The mount itself is lightweight and compact, which is great for portability. The build quality feels solid, and the rotating base is smooth and easy to adjust. I can quickly change the camera angle, even while on the move. The strap is easy to attach to various surfaces – backpack straps, belts, even my dog's harness, which is what I really wanted this for.
The grip is secure, and I have had no concerns about my camera coming loose. It also includes a phone clip, which is a nice bonus. While I mainly use it for my GoPro, the clip seems decent enough for quick device swaps, though it could be sturdier for bigger phones.
One small niggle is that the strap can be a little fiddly to adjust at times. Other than that, I think it's a pretty versatile and affordable mount. It's perfect for capturing on-the-go footage from unique angles.

Makes you feel like a hero
I've used several different types of body mounts for my action camera and cell phone and they all felt clunky. They worked well though. This one is a neat concept because you attach it to something you are already carrying, so it's no less comfortable than your chosen backpack. There is a little flop- maybe I'm doing it wrong. But overall, it works great and if you are into FP videos, this would be a fun mount to have.

K&F is a good brand. Nice strap for gopro or knock-offs.
This works well with my knock-off go pro camera. It's a shoulder mount. I already have many other mounts but nothing like this one. Can't wait to try it out on a bike or 4 wheeler.

Almost Perfect
This strap mount is perfect for backopack or sling bag wearers. The mount straps on via hook and loop and the inside material is somewhat grippy, but not really. The strap will slide down over time, especially if you have a heavy phone. Add a carabiner or some extra clamp or safety pin to hold this guy in place. The GoPro style mount is ideal for action cams and phones with the included phone mount, giving you the ability to tilt up and down and quickly tighten in place. The mount itself is on a rotating dial that locks in 16 different positions, so its easy to find the right angle in case your strap is angled across your chest.
