I have the same problem. Someone sent me an email saying to reset it and check settings but I've done all that and it still doesn't function right. Mine is also freezing every few seconds. It's just not a good product. I'm currently waiting on a ring doorbell.

I have the old version of this that used to be called eRing. Looks just like this but the name changes. I used to get notifications and I loved this product, but without the notifications It really seems useless. I got it to see if someone was approaching my door while I was gone. ☹️ It seems like it stopped working after an app update
