dear, please insert a sd card or submit cloud storage to watch the video playback. Hope our answer will be helpful for you. Have a good day!

After inserting sd card all the way in with tool. Live stream the camera and ar the top right you will see an edit button and click it. Then go to storage settings. From there enable local storage.i have it set to continues recording. Then I formatted it. Hope that helps
