Are these good for bird watching?

Yes, they are great for bird watching. I have used them in the Andes in Peru, in marshes (lots of reflection), and more recently in the woods and they always deliver crisp and colorful views.

Yes. Light, sharp, great resolution. I took it on safari in South Africa, and there were more birds to watch than I had anticipated. The lightness is a great feature. High quality.

excellent. thats why I bought them great glass, lightweight and clear as anything. i have a pair of $ 1500 binoculars with image stabilization. these Celestron are way better for birds

Yes, a good birding binocular in their price range. Mine came in with a quality control issue, and I'm leery of Celestron in that respect, but Amazon makes it easy to return them if you're unlucky. If you get a well-made one, I think you'll like it.
