I just bought gardepro a3 trail camera. what batteries do i need to buy to have this work? thank you

The camera requires 8 AA batteries. If you're planning to operate in cold conditions, use Lithium batteries. I really like the camera and have used it to observe game. Be sure to read the set up procedures, I'm fairly familiar and my set up was good. My son in law had difficulty, not getting photos at night until he corrected his set up. I really liked the video, it's very good. Recommend this camera!

I’ve had the energizer lithium ones in it since august and they still aren’t dead.
