why do i get audio but no video on some and than i get Video and audio on other?

I'm having the same issue with this camera. It captures night videos with full video and sound but many of the daytime videos have only 1 video frame with full audio. When the camera works it's an excellent camera with outstanding video and audio. I don't think it's a hardware issue so hopefully the manufacturer has a firmware update that will fix this issue.

I started having this problem. The company has a new version to load on the camera. They sent it to me in an email along with instructions. I'm not a computer person. It was easy to load to my computer, move to a completely formatted SD card. Then put it in the camera and their email walked me through that. Problem fixed! If I can do it, anyone can...

Update: For your information, the issue has been fixed 1 year ago. All cameras are equipped with the latest firmware.
