At Kentfaith, you can earn points through various activities, including but not limited to purchasing products, completing order reviews, merging orders, filling out your birthday information, completing surveys, hitting likes and commenting in our communities, etc. We update new tasks daily. For more details, please refer to the Task Center . Earning points is also the most direct way to upgrade your Kentfaith membership level.

Points are a significant benefit for Kentfaith members, reflecting their value within our community. Points can be redeemed in the Points Mall for a variety of physical and virtual rewards, including but not limited to: discount Coupons, free shipping coupons, and participation in lucky draw activities. We will also introduce more ways to use points in the future and notify you via email as soon as they become available. Please keep an eye out for official emails from Kentfaith.

Here are some reasons that may cause this:

1. Coupons cannot be used on promotional products;
2. The price after coupon is converted based on the original price but not the promotion price when using a coupon.

If the item is on promotion, we kindly suggest you compare the price after using a coupon with the promotion price, and you could click "remove discount" when it is more expensive than the promotion price.

We sometimes do partial shipping to help you receive certain items from your order faster. While most items can be processed within 1-3 days, some items may have longer processing time for various reasons including, for example, being in different warehouses.

Your order may also be divided into two or more packages if the total combined weight exceeds the weight limits of couriers.

If your order is divided into multiple packages, you will be able to see the estimated delivery times and individual tracking numbers for each package in separate tabs on your order's tracking page.

It is possible that the order may have been accidentally submitted twice. However, please be assured that every Kentfaith order can only be charged once.

The first transaction may actually be a pending bank authorization for the amount of your order but will not be fully charged. Please confirm if the charges you see are listed as pending. If so, only one of the charges should get confirmed and appear on your statement while the other will automatically get dismissed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few days for the transaction to be processed.

You may need to wait for the two charges to be processed or contact your bank for more information. If both charges are confirmed, please CONTACT US for help.

If you see a pending charge on your statement after your payment failed or the order was canceled, it's because there is an authorization hold on your account that is in the process of being reversed. You will NOT be charged for an order that had the payment fail or that has been canceled. Authorization holds are automatically removed when the payment fails or the order is canceled. However, it will still take some time, usually between 3-6 business days. If you need it removed right away, please contact your bank as we're unable to remove it for you.

If you come across 3D Secure (3DS) authentication during your payment, no need to panic. Simply follow the instructions and fill in the required information (usually a one-time code sent via SMS or email). After completing this quick step, you can complete your payment.
