I don't know as mine is a stand alone unit in my area. Never had a problem with wrong signals.

Not that I know of, you might try just pouring some water in it. See if that registers anything.

the web site stores the data. Your phone can see data from midnight forward. The on line web site allows you to see older data.

I am not sure, there are other cheaper models that don’t use Wi-Fi, is there a reason you don’t won’t to hook it up? By doing so it slows you to view your weather station when your not at home via your phone.

Current information is available while connecting with Weatherunderground. Your info as well as history is available on your app.

If you email the company I am sure they can provide what you need. They are a great outfit.

Yes, but not for long. I is designed to run off AC power and the battery is for backup when you have power outages. You will have a much better experience if you can keep it plugged in.
