Hi,what we mean by waterproofing is that the surface of the lens is coated with waterproof substances, making it easier to clean the lens without condensation or residue. Instead of having waterproof functions like a waterproof shell.

I notice that these filters don't have a built in gasket like my DJI Action 4 lens cover (which makes it waterproof) are you sure I can use it underwater?
