This thing screwed on perfectly to the Sony 35mm 1.8. No complaints. Also have this on my 50mm 1.8L Canon.

I’m using these indoors as satellite / rear speakers in a 5.1 setup - the front left/right are also Moukey, bigger shelf sitting models. In this use case they are an excellent upgrade from my prior Sony speakers. With multiple drivers and lower impedance, they create a powerful but clear sound. They were easy to mount (I was able to use the existing universal mounts I had used to wall mount the Sony speakers) - the wiring is all the same as typical speakers - red and black speaker wire, the higher quality the better.They do have multiple mounting options - they come with a swing bracket attached that can easily be used - because I have the universal mounts already tied into studs, I didn’t end up using them - if you remove them, you can access a typical “keyhole” type mounting system integrated into the back of each speaker which is what I’m using.Because I’m using these indoors, I can’t really comment on the waterproof capabilities (or lack thereof) but they do seem to be at least as well weatherproofed as the outdoor speakers that I currently use so I think they’d hold up just fine as long as you can protect the wiring connections from getting wet.Overall, nice speakers and a decent value at the current price - definitely give these a look if you’re in the market for new speakers!

This lens feels more like a toy than a piece of optics. It utilizes plastic construction right down to the lens mount (the lenses are glass of course). This light material combined with the small size (2.7" x 1.6"/68.2mm x 41.0mm - WxL) puts this lens in the featherweight class - 4.6 oz (130g). The 50 f/1.8 is currently Canon's lightest. It was also Canon's shortest EOS-mount lens until the Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Lens was introduced. The Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II Lens delivers very sharp images as inexpensively as Canon lenses get.The 50 f/1./8 bears a plastic lens mount. Considering how light the 50 f/1.8 II lens is, the plastic lens mount seems adequate from a strength perspective. You might get more wear than you wish if you are changing the lens frequently.Autofocus is driven by a micro motor. Focus speed is not stellar, but fine in good light with subjects that are not moving too quickly. The 50 f/1.8 II is one of Canon's louder/buzzier lenses - you know when it is focusing. But this is not a wildlife lens - and the noise probably won't bother most people. I suppose a positive aspect of the sound is that you know when it is working - and when it is finished working - when focus is locked. FTM (Full Time Manual) focusing is not included. The 50 f/1.8 extends up to 5/16" during focusing - the very small 52mm filter does not rotate.All in all, I truly enjoy using this lens for my B-roll for my Youtube channel and the webpage. As well as having those awesome blur shot background. i highly recommend purchase this lens cause its inexpensive and a good lens to have around because of its size and the picture quality.

Light works well but it small. I was hoping I would be able to mount my Sony a 6400 in the center but it’s too small. You would definitely need a very tiny camera. I have my camera on it’s own tripod behind the light in my photo attached. Light has a nice brightness, multiple settings and does the job.

you get what you paid for. It's not a product like B&W.Wonderful for sony zeiss 55 1.8. I touched the glassed in the lens and made some scratch and then decide to get this one. This filter can really protect the lens from unintentional touch.

I'm really new to photography so maybe it wouldn't take much to impress me but I know what I like to see in pictures. I started out with the 18-135 EFS lens that came with my video creator kit for the Canon EOS 80D and I thought it was pretty great and was versatile. I bought the EF-S 24mm 2.8 lens next and felt like it was an interesting step up for a wider angle view and faster lens. This past weekend I bought the EF 50mm 1.8 at a local camera store. I started taking pictures in the house in low light of the kids and the dogs and was blown away by what I started getting.This lens is so awesome for a beginner. I started playing with the aperture and shutter speeds and then ran outside around sunset and played around in the yard shooting pictures of the sun through the trees and bushes. The pictures I've been getting using this have really inspired me to try different things and experiment. I'd say get this lens and the 24mm 2.8 if you're starting out. It's really easy to get some great stuff out of this lens.
