I love using these headphones
I love using these headphones, the sound quality is top notch and having a volume adjuster and being able to skip/pause songs is great. There is a function to go back to the last song but I haven't been able to do that not that I've needed to though.

Great WiFi app
Just received the product. Got it all setup within a few minutes. My favorite feature was the built in WiFi so you can control it with your phone. Product seems just fine so far.

Can the camera use an external power supply?

You can use an external battery, the constant voltage of the external power supply is 5V~12V, and the maximum current supports 2A. You cannot use an external power supply that exceeds the voltage, which will cause the product to burn out.

The camera stops taking pictures or does not take pictures
A
Make sure the SD card is not full. If the card is full, the camera will stop taking pictures; make sure the battery is fully charged; make sure the camera mode switch is slid to the "ON" position; please format the SD card with the camera before use or when the camera stops taking pictures.

Is the camera blurry?

Please check if the protective film of the PIR Fresnel lens has been removed.

On zoom, how do i stop it from automatically using the hd wide-angle view?

You cannot. It might just be a defective product.
