Full and clean refurb camera kit with accessories
Got my Secondipity refurbished a6000 with 18-55mm and 55-210mm lens today.Brown box (no OEM packaging or paperwork), 90 day refurb warranty through secondipity's parent company, body was in excellent condition, 18-55 had a minor cosmetic ding, 55-210 is excellent. Both lens hoods and caps included, as well as body and rear caps. Also included is a sony camera bag (just the right size for this combo), sony battery, charger, usb cable and strap, and sony 32G SD card.4 stars because it's only a 90 day warranty instead of the 1 year you'd get with a new US market model.Otherwise, it's a perfect sony a6000. The grip is a bit small, the EVF is excellent, and the autofocus is FAST. And even better, it works amazing with your vintage lenses with the right adapters. (I use manual focus nikon F, minolta MD, and Pentax K lenses primarily - the sony lenses are for special occasions...)I was a bit sceptical, but research indicates that Sony no longer resells refurbs direct, they only sell them through partners. So while nothing is labeled "Refurbished by Sony" this is as close as you get.So far happy (day 2).

This boundle is a good deal. This is my first serious camera and I debated whether to get this boundle (refurbished, with 2 lens ) or get just one lens with a brand new camera body. And I'm so glad that I chose this one! The 200mm lens adds a lot of fun.One thing to mention to novices like me is that the 18-55mm lens in this boundle is not the motorized one that is sold together with brand new a6000 from Sony. And thus most cases for Sony a6000 won't fit, as they are designed for the motorized lens.

Best Purchase I've Made
I absolutely LOVE this bag. It's much larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I use it for my Sony A6000 mirrorless camera and all of it's accessories. Recently wore this bag all day on a family trip to Disneyland and it was fantastic. So easy to keep on my back when not in use, but easily slide it under my arm and around front to pull out the camera quickly when a photo opportunity presented itself. The bag has a side pocket that unzips from the bottom of the bag and a strap to hold a tripod on the side. You strap the tripod on and slide one of the legs of the tripod into the pocket at the bottom to keep it from sliding out. There is also a waist strap to secure the sling bag and prevent it from sliding around if preferred. This is what I currently have in this bag:- Sony A6000 with a Zeiss 24/1.8 attached- Sony 16-50 kit lens in an Altura soft lens case- Sony 55-210 kit lens- Fotasy 35/1.7 with attached adapter- Sony ECM-XYST1M external stereo microphone- Marumi 49mm filter & step-down adapter- Altura complete camera cleaning kit- Two flash bounce cards- Two extra batteries- Charging cordOne last thing, they were out of stock when I needed one, so I ended up ordering a used one from Amazon's Warehouse Deals. As far as I can tell, the bag was never used and was in immaculate condition. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, new or used.

Very hard not to love!
I'm a huge fan of prime lens and 50mm is one of those sweet spot focal lengths that should be in every camera bag, if not on the camera itself! Canon produced a massive hit with the affordable f1.8 50mm, dubbed the nifty-fifty. It was succeeded by the II, which sadly saw some corners cut in build quality with the transition to a plastic base. (While I have commented in prior reviews that I challenge the "need" for metal mounts in smaller, lighter lenses, I can't help but admit that I prefer a metal mount.). This latest iteration of the venerable "nifty-fifty" sees the return of the metal mount and upgrades the focus mechanism to the silently speedy STM stepping motor!OpticsWhat's not to love about a f1.8 lens? The optics are excellent as you would expect from the reputation of its prior versions. Talk about a fast lens, you can take some pretty incredible shots in poor light conditions with this. Beautiful bokeh! It provides excellent separation of your subject from the background, as if they jump out of the picture. I was very pleased with my results on a recent flower viewing trip. Terrific color representation, minimal chromatic aberration and distortion. It will not disappoint!Focus mechanismIf you haven't tried STM yet, prepare to be amazed. Fast and quiet! Great for video work too. I'm very happy with the Canon STM lineup.Build QualityAs mentioned previously, the metal mount has returned. (I can hear the cheering!). The barrel feels a little less sturdy than the 24mm and 40mm pancakes, but all in all, it's an improvement over the prior version. Considering its price, it is quite an impressive piece of work.PriceCheap, it would be hard to imagine anyone not happy with the priceMy recommendation is to run outside right now and buy this lens. You won't be disappointed.5 stars. Thank you Canon!

Great lens
Well made lens with metal mount. Sharp and a real treat to use. For the money Canon should add a lens hood but cheap ones can be found. Along with my 18-150 this could be the perfect pair.

Great! - we need more prime lenses like this
Great lens. Now has a metal mount, quieter and closer focus but still a reasonable price. The pictures are SHARP! Nice bokeh. Focus is good but not perfect. Wish Canon would give us more primes for this price range. I has a 50mm F1.4 a few years back and I like this one more.

I'm looking forward to buy this Tripod. I'd like to know if the ball head of the product you would be shipping is made of plastic or metal.

Metal
Q
Is the buckle plastic or metal?
A
It is metal.
Q
Is the K&F Concept adapter for Pentax PK K mount to Sony NEX e-mount compatible with the Sony A6000? Does a P-KA mount adapter exist?
A
Yes it should work with the sony a6000. As long as the ka lens has an aperture ring on the lens and is not solely dependent on receiving aperture control from the body, this adapter should work fine with ka lenses. To my knowledge, there are no sony e mount to k mount adapters with electronic coupling so no lens control through the body (meaning aperture and focus are fully manual).
Q
Does this work with Sony a7s mark ii?
A
This 100% works on any of the A7 series. it works on my A6000, a7r2 and a7r3. If the body is E-mount it will work. If the body is A-mount it will not.
Q
Will this adapter work with an a6000?
A
Yes, Sony A6000 is with E mount, this item will be suitable for your camera
