Misleading description but decent adapter
First off, it's a nice looking adapter that serves the purpose of connecting your SATA and IDE drives to your PC, or maybe smartphone. The adapter housing is plastic but is well built. The data port to the adapter is USB-C. It comes with two cables that will connect from USB-C to USB-C or USB-C to USB-A. It also comes with a 12V power cable that you'll need when connecting a 3.5 inch IDE/SATA drive to the device that requires the 4-pin PWR connector. The device can be turned on and off with a small switch and it has a blue LED indicator when activity it taking place. The description, in my opinion, is a bit misleading. It tells you that it's USB 3.2 Gen1 (Older 3.0 designation at 5Mbps) and that may very well be true about the USB-C port, but the SATA connector is for sure SATA II based on my speed tests. Reference the attached pictures that show the speed tests. To be fair, it doesn't say anywhere that that adapter is SATA III, but it does mention 5Gbps speeds, which you aren't going to obtain using a SATA II connection. I ran a separate test with another SATA III adapter using the same drive and got very different results for read/write. You can also reference that in the attached pics. All of my tests were done with a KingSpec 512GB SSD with SATA connection. I didn't have any other drives laying around to test so I'm hoping that the other adapter connections are working fine when I need them later on.Overall, this a decent adapter but I would recommended it for data recovery and not for daily use, substituting this for an external enclosure that supports SATA III speeds. When I come across old (maybe even newer) legacy drives that I need to recover data from, this adapter will be very useful and is why I got it. Speeds won't necessarily be high priority in that situation. But, I feel as though it should support faster speeds as it makes reference to 5Gbps and that's why I have to take a star away. Decent product but know what you're buying before you do. 4 stars.

The Best Camera in its class
This is the best camera in its class.Canon Digic III processors are made in Japan and are used in the EOS ID Mark III professional camera, while Nikon processors are made in China. Only the Nikon cameras that cost over $1,500 processors are made in Japan. Why do Nikon do this? Also the image stabilizer is built in the lens which is a better philosophy. This camera has 12 mp and a live view. WoW!!!!

Solid mount. Possibly the best accessory in my kit
I love this mount. It is not compatible with the Nikon FTZ adapter unless you move it from the body to the adapter or buy another mount just for the adapter. I’ve hike a couple mountains and bustled through crowds without fail using this mount.

Exceptional adapters that focus to infinity with m
Part 1 - Minolta MD to Sony NEX adapterTechnically, it slightly overshoots infinity but the issue is easily corrected by dialing back the focus ring just a tad --- Not exact but clearly better than not-at-all.Although very light due to extensive aluminum usage, the build quality and fit-and-finish of the adapter is superb. Connections on the lens and camera mount sides are tight and precise --- absolutely, zero slop. The top of the lens release button is flattened making the lens removal process very easy and comfortable.Other notes:- There are no electrical connections so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens itself- When mounting the lens, turn the adapter clockwise till you hear a "click"- Tested with a Minolta 85mm f/1.7 Rokkor-X MD lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera-----------------------Part 2 - Nikon Ai to Sony NEX adapterEdit: Based on my positive experience with the Minolta MD adapter, I also purchased the Nikon Ai adapter later. As with the Minolta MD adapter, the Nikon Ai version focuses beyond infinity a tiny bit. Fortunately, the same solution applies - dial back the focus ring and the horizon will become crystal clear. The build quality is impeccable and the finish is smooth and clean of burrs or machine marks. Connections on both sides are taut and precise with zero play.Additional notes for Nikon Ai adapter:- No electrical connections present so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens.- Unlike the Minolta MD adapter, mounting the lens for Nikon adapter requires a counter-clockwise turn until you hear the "click" of the locking mechanism- Tested with a Nikon Micro Nikkor 55m f/2.8 Ai-S MF lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera

Very secure
Used this to secure my Sony Alpha a7 III to my backpack while hiking Yosemite. Very secure and easy to clip on and off. It was a bit hard to add it to my Gregory backpack strap as it was a bit thick but was able to do so nonetheless.

Q
Looking to fit a Nikkor 55mm 3.5 ain’t lens on to my canon 80d is this possible with this adapter?
A
hello, The Nikon-EOS adapter ring fit for nikon AI mount lens and canon EF camera. so the adapter ring fit for your Nikkor 55mm 3.5 ain’t lens on to canon 80d
Q
will this work with the Sony A 6300
A
Will work with any camera that has the thread for a Tripod mount. As far as I know yes will work with the Sony as it as a Tripod thread.
Q
Am I supposed to use an adapter to attach to a Nikon camera? If so, can you suggest an adapter?
A
No the other way this is to be able to mount the Nikon lenses onto the micro 4/3 camera body
Q
Some questions about the aperture
A
  1. please judge whether your lens could adjust the aperture there is only Nikon(G),also called AI(G) adapter ring has the aperture control ring, and is only for Nikon G lens,
If you want to use nikon AI lens on this Nikon(G) adapter ring, it could be attached, but the aperture control ring could not be used as
there is a pin on Nikon G lens that could move the aperture control ring but no on AI lens.
  2. Some buyer mentioned could not adjust the aperture, actually this is because your lens does not have the aperture control function, If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default
  3. Since there is no electronic contacted on our adapter ring, so could not transfer the aperture number to camera.

Q
Can i use this to put a canon ef 50mm f/1.8 lens on my nikon d5200? and, if so, will that mean i have to use manual focus?
A
I have come to find out that adapter is not compatible with the nikon d5200 and all things would be done manually
