Legit strap, but don't use for Mamiya 645 Pro TL,
So, this doesn't work on Mamiya 645 Pro TL cameras with motor drives. That might have been my bad. But, I made that shit work by prying off the clip on one side, and sandwiching it between the motor drive and the camera, on the motordrive pin. The strap, itself, despite it's trouble with my specific camera, is REALLY high quality. I give it four stars.

Works just fine w. a Mamiya 645-1000s
This well-made strap works just fine w. my Mamiya 645-1000s. At first I feared it wouldn't fit, but then I re-read the instructions.... and realized that I needed to lift the plastic tab which allowed enough room for the metal strap tabs to slip over the camera's knobs. Works great.

Don't buy Canon's expensive adapter
I use this product to adapt a EF-S 55-250mm IS STM lens onto my EOS M50. I have no problems with stability and it works like a charm. I can't imagine spending money on Canon's product when this is available

Great price for a 128GB USB stick
It is a really small USB stick. It has USB C at one end and USB A at the other end. The stick is in FAT32 format. If you plan on putting large files on the stick, re-format it to either exFAT or NTFS before you start using the stick.

Highly recommend
Sturdy device, fits large format phones, and fully adjustable height and angle. My only “suggested improvement” is a little longer reach on the extension piece.Good, solid suction if attaching to a smooth surface (NOT pebbled).

Great for a heavy camera - medium format, etc
I use this strap for my Mamiya medium format camera. Very comfortable. It seems very sturdy and I trust it with the weight of my big camera. It makes carrying such a brick of a camera much more easy on the neck.

For Mamiya 645
I bought a used Mamiya 645 with a waistlevel finder and wanted a strap to carry and use as support when shooting. The lugs on the strap matched the fittings on the side of the camera and are very secure. I adjusted the strap length to position the camera and it works perfectly. Just what I wanted.

If your camera is large or telephoto zoom lens, please ensure to expand the leg angle, and hang some weight to the hook to increase its stability. For camera with telephoto zoom lens, you need to buy a tripod mount ring additionally for better balance.

If you are referring to the Panasonic DMC-G7, then yes, it will adapt any Canon FD mount lens to any micro 4/3 mount camera. Including yours.
