I have had all versions of go pros since version 2 and use them in recent years primarily for teaching. The image quality became better and better in each version. I like the front page view so that one can adjust the camera better as the back part is often not accessible. An other slight change from go pro 8 to go pro 9 is that the menu is two layered. It is now a bit harder to get to the memory card reset. These days, I do not take out the memory card any more but use the apple image capture app to get the videos out. Battery life can still be an issue when recording in highest resolution. For teaching purposes, I always connect now the camera to a power supply so that also a 90 minute video is possible.

We run a small bar with karaoke nights. Bought 2 of these for my singing guests and now a 3rd for me (for the announcements). Sound is crispy clear. Mated it with a 1204 usb mixer and it does the job 10 times better than any digital setup ive had before (usb mics). Feedback has to be pushed really hard to get in the mic, otherwise none! Very good product for any amateur setup really. Can't beat the price!EDITED REVIEW: One of the 3 mics we had died after 2 months of light use. Reason unknown...

Image quality is really good, especially night photos! Will definitely buy another. Camera is smaller then I expected but I love the size!

What an amazing product! With 11 different clips and mounting features I will be hard pressed to find places I CAN'T put this camera. That was all before I started using the device. It allows for time lapse, multiple resolutions and frame rates, a gyroscope for smoother capture, as well as a 70-170 degree feild of vision. My only disappointment is no port for connecting an external mic.

Absolutely love it....... I was very nervous it wouldn’t be comparable to the GoPro Hero but it was and even better I love all the accessories. I’d definitely be making additional purchases in the future.
