Works Great
I bought this to work with the Moondog 12.5mm anamorphic lens and it works great. I’ve tested it in blazing sunlight with no clouds, which was the brightest possible outdoors condition attainable. The filter was able to be dark enough for proper exposure at a fixed shutter speed of 1/48 for 24fps.

Does what it claims
Not much to say here, this device allows you to mount an EF lens onto your EOS-M camera, and appears to be well built. Done.

Perfect match for the EOS M
So you finally decided on getting the EOS M (it's flaws considered). I assume you are a canon user, have a couple of good (canon EF/EF-S mount) lens lying around and would like to be able to use those on you EOS M. Just like me, you love your canon dslr but sometimes wish you can travel light but still be able to enjoy the canon ecosystem that you have grown to love. If you are what I assume you are, get this lens adapter.I took a gamble and bought a "like-new" used from a seller at Amazon and was very happy with a purchase. For anything more than $150 I probably would think twice. But I am not taking a start out because of the price. This adapter handles every canon mount lens I threw at it. The build quality is nice. The design (the way it attaches to the eos m; the included, detachable tripod mount) is well thought of... just perfect.

Impressive!!
I am in no way a professional photographer, but let me tell you, this lens is amazing! I've done so much research and come to find out there aren't many options for the ef-m lens mount, especially to zoom. So i decided to give this one a try and boy am i glad i did. I mean ofcourse unless you want to get the Ef / Ef-s lens adapter. To start off, im using it on a Canon M50 mark II. Yes i know, it's basically the M50 with a new name but honestly it doesn't affect me much, it's the first new camera I've had in YEARS and it works awesome! Second, you will need to make the shutter speed lower and turn off continuous AF and trust me, this will fix all the blurry picture issues. I understand 200mm isn't that far as you would like for wildlife that is pretty dangerous to get really close to but it does its job in regards to animals at zoos or just around your house. The seller was awesome aswell!! I ordered the lens on a Monday morning and had it in my hands by Thursday!! Keep in mind it crossed the whole country and with the pandemic going on it really is a bonus. The description said it was new and was part of a set that didn't sell together, i saved at least $100 for a NEW lens and could not be happier.

Perfect for the "Film Look". At a reasonable price
Purchased this for a new anamorphic lens and it's a fantastic buy. Absolutely no color shift, and blooms the highlights subtly. I would suggest the 1/8 strength unless you are going for a full on dreamy look. Tiffen has always made quality filters. This Black Pro Mist is no different. I highly recommend it.

Anamorphic Lens is Great!
The pictures and video you can get out of the drone with the anamorphic are pretty incredible. The other thing that’s nice is that the lens flares aren’t so intense as to be distracting. Everything looks quite professional. With the ND filters, you can also get very long exposure shots, even in a fairly bright environment.

Awesome Mount
It is pretty helpful to mount any EF lens with my Canon M50 and there is no change in Auto focus and image stabilization which is too good...

Q
Can i use this on a canon d80 100 mm macro ef lens ? it says 67 mm on the lens cap but i don't see the exact answer. thank you
A
67mm should also be stenciled on the front edge of the lens somewhere. If so, then you should be good to go. It should be on the lens because a lens cap can be lost or broken.
Q
Will this mount to Olympus pen ft cameras?
A
Unfortunately this is for adapting lenses to Olympus' modern digital Micro 4/3 cameras. It won't work with the Pen FT or similar half-frame film cameras, and you most likely won't find anyone making adapters for these.
Q
Will this work on my sony a6000 and tokina minolta 100-300mm macro zoom?
A
Yes
Q
Will this fit on my canon 60d? Thanks
A
FD-EOS fit for Canon FD mount lens and canon EF mount camera body. canon 60d is EF mount, so the adapter ring can work with your camera, but you need to check your lens mount. could you pls let us know your lens specific model? service(AT)kentfaith(DO NOT)com, Please note: It is not same between Canon FD mount and EF mount, this adapter ring is only for Canon FD mount lens, please contact us if you want to purchase for Canon EF mount lens.
Q
Too loose/there is gap between lens and adapter ring
A
  1. If there is ever any more than a slight amount of rotational play, you may want to try tightening the lens mount adapter so it will hold the lens tighter to the mount. There are 3 flanges in the middle of the adapter (what the lens locks onto) that are split open slightly, this gap is what gives the tension that holds the lens tight to the body. Over time and with use these gaps decrease in size, no longer pulling the lens tight to the adapter, which allows the lens to move inside the mount more than it should.
  2. To tighten the fit, get a slim metal object (a #1.5 or #2.0 small flat eyeglass screwdriver is ideal) and insert it into the slit to open it up just a little bit (see images below, make sure to do it to all 3 evenly). The more you open the gap, the tighter the lens will be to the adapter; too much and the lens will have a hard time mounting so make sure to do it just a little bit at a time to all 3 flanges evenly, it doesn’t take much at all to get a tight fit.Note: please do not use too much strength, or the shrapnel will be damaged.
