Extremely durable, worth every penny!
This is a great and very durable tripod. It is strong enough to support the weight of my Canon Rebel camera with a 400mm zoom lens. Bonus that it will also hold my iPad mini. Exceeded my expectations with the build and the price. Perfect for anyone who needs a professional quality tripod.

how does this filter attach to the lens?

Can you attach a filter to this lens?

The front lens of the lens is strongly curved and has a permanently integrated lens hood, threads for screwing are not available on the optics. The cap is placed over the lens hood and held in place by latches. I don't see any options for attaching a filter, and I'm not aware of any factory solutions or products from other manufacturers.

I have a Canon camera with a 77mm lens, will this filter pack fit it?

Supporting the largest filter size is 82mm, 77mm lens size is ok, thanks.

can you use a pinch lens cap over this filter?
A
The Answer is Yes. You can use a pinch cap over most filters. ALL my lenses have a filter of some sort on them. I use to use a lot of "traditional" lens caps on all my old Nikkor lenses but putting them on and taking them off became a giant PITA, so I got a Pinch Cap as a test. I then converted ALL the lenses to Pinch Caps. Hope this helps.

If I use 8 rechargable AA batteries as pictured, will the solar pack also charge them? thank you.

No ,The solar panel has a battery inside of the panel (it's like one of those solar backup batteries for phones), the camera takes AA batteries inside (the camera) as a back up. With proper placement of the panel it will last a long time.
