Great for the money!
I purchased this to replace my 16-35mm L lens that cost about twice as much. I am very pleased with the clarity this lens provides... especially for the price!

Great Way to Protect Lens
This UV filter has been a great addition to my Tamron 35mm for my sony. This filter is definitely more of a protector than a modifier at least in my use case, it helps to protect the exposed focusing mechanism of the lens and makes sure that no dust or particulates get into the lens. Overall I would say that this is a great filter to put on any lens as it adds a barrier between the front element and the world, and I didn't notice any negative effects on image quality by having this filter on the lens.

Your heart will melt when you see the beauty and c
I finally got this super fast 35mm lens after years on the original EF (nifty) 50mm f1.8 and I'm blown away. The colors seem to have a cooler tone than with my 70-200 f4L IS or 16-35 f4L IS (possibly that Blue Refractive optical element) but this is preferable to me. I often regret stopping this lens down in any other setting besides direct sunlight because it is super sharp corner to corner at f1.4 and everything is in focus when focused near infinity. The closer you get to your subject at f1.4, the more your photo becomes an elegant work of art with bokeh that just melts away but yields a nice wide angle view of the subjects environment. Fast enough to catch that split second smile on your significant other's face and give them the separation from the background that just makes them pop. People become electrifying when captured with this lens. Every photo makes me smile with joy and love. If you are a photographer and you love capturing beauty in a setting, you need this lens. Don't fool yourself by saying you can't afford it, sell all your slow f4 zooms and maybe a toe to capture the world through 35mm.

Amazing Ultrawide Lens for Canon RF Mount
Just received the Canon RF 14-35mm lens this afternoon. My first impressions are that the lens is very lightweight and will be great for both photos as well as videography on a gimbal. 14mm RAW images have a lot of distortion and vignetting, which Adobe will later be correcting with a lens profile, but is not available as of this moment. However, the images are sharp, and at 35mm as seen in the provided sample image, the color and images come out beautiful. Will be updating this review once I have had more time to test the lens, but for now I'm super excited to have this glass in my camera bag, especially for videography with my Canon mirrorless bodies!

This is Lit! Or is it Dark?
The way I use this filter is by combining it with a fast lens like the sigma 18-35mm f1.8 art. I use this filter in combination with the fast apertures to blur out the backgrounds in broad daylight without letting too much light into the picture. If I want to make it lighter or darker all I have to do is turn a ring at the edge of the filter. The only thing that gets me is when I turn it too much and it ends up unscrewing the whole filter out of the threading a little bit. But that's not a bad thing, its just a part of the experience.I bought it 8 months ago. This has been, thus far, an excellent purchase.

Need a Circular Polarizer? Tiffen gots your back!!
I've used this with my 35mm f/1.4 E-Mount . By far, this polarizer has not came off my lens when i took it out for travelling to Hawaii. It gave my shots more contrast, darkens the highlights to the point where I can use the image and of course, see through reflections. As a polarizer, it does what most polarizers do, I definitely would recommend this filter!Highlights:- Tiffen helps with maintaining the sharpness- Blocks reflections- Ups the contrasts in your shots and reduces highlights

It's fantastic for indoor low-light photos
I debated for some time between this and the Sigma Art series 35mm. The color and saturation are stunning with this lens-- it's on my camera now >90% of the time (with 24-70L and 135L as other options). It's fantastic for indoor low-light photos. I have no regrets about this purchase.

Boring in all the right ways to be pretty dang goo
35mm focal length on full frame-- not the most extreme wide angle nor a crazy long focal length that isolates your subject and gets rid of everything else. Just... normal-ish. Easier to use for walk around stuff than 50mm in my experience, but depending on your preferences ymmv.Image stabilized... but in my experience it hasn't made enough of a difference to change my shooting habits.f/1.8, usable. Not gonna blur the heck out of everything on a lens this wide but it allows shooting in pretty dark conditions.Decently sharp, not incredibly so.SLOW autofocus, but it works.Reasonably small.Good close focusing distance. It all adds up to a lens that doesn't particularly excite me to use, but one that I could leave on my camera all the time and not be disappointed by. It just sorta works and the only thing that regularly gets in the way is the slow autofocus motor.Would highly recommend a 3rd party lens hood for this, the Canon one isn't anywhere near as big as a 35mm can benefit from.

Q
Will this kit work with the sigma art 24-35mm f2 Lens?
A
Hi, we checked the sigma art 24-35mm f2 lens size is 82mm, please reconfirm it , if the lens size is 82mm, this square filter holder system kit can fit it ,thanks.
Q
Is this gonna fit any Nikon lenses ?
A
I have a 50mm prime, 24-70, 70-200 and a 35mm prime and it fits them all. If day as long ss your lens has internal filter threads and is one of the sizes listed you will be good to go.
Q
Will it work with a nikon af-s dx nikkor 35mm f/1.8g to 6d mark 2?
A
hello. the adapter can work with a nikon af-s dx nikkor 35mm f/1.8g to 6d mark 2
Q
What kind of aa batteries can be used? there are rechargeable nickel-zinc that are 1.6v but hold their charge longer. if not these, what's recommended
A
The camea can take 1.6v rechargeable batteries, but in general rechargeable battery might drop its voltage quick depend on its physical performance. In the cold weather, recommend using Energize lithium batteries to get longer lifetime.
Q
The difference between APS-C, full-frame, 4/3 sensor
A
  1. Adapting APS-frame lens to full-frame camera, it may generate vignetting, some cameras could correct it by adjust APSC, please contact us and provide your lens&camera model to check the way to correct it.
  2. Adapting full-frame lens to APS-frame camera (i.e: large format to medium format, medium format to 35mm, 35mm to micro 4/3) provides excellent edge-to-edge sharpness. The smaller image field helps minimize the effects of lens distortion and aberration by using the 'sweet spot' or center of the larger lens image circle. and it will magnify the focal length by 1.6 on Canon, 1.5 on Nikon and Sony,2.0 on M4/3 camera.
