Great quality for the money!
I have used the most basic Akaso camera, an EK 7000 for years to record home inspections. It's easy to learn and tough. I recently upgraded to the Brave Ultra HD, which has more features. It's just as tough, a bit more difficult to learn due to many more features. What I like most is the choice of lense width. I like to shoot with no wide angle distortion, which this camera does well. I have made several outdoor pics and videos as well, and the many features provides options unexpected in this price range. I also own a GoPro 8 black, which has its merits, mainly waterproof, but generally no better performance than my Akasos. Yes my EK7000 is still plugging away. I lost its battery door somewhere, but the battery stays in pretty well without it. The Brave Ultra HD has good-quality, many features and takes excellent pics and vids. Akaso cameras are well-made and durable, and from my experience, easier to learn than GoPro.
