My ISP upgraded my modem and I was unable to reconnect via WiFi with the camera, I was able to contact technical support promptly and was assisted by Richard Reese who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me with reconfiguration of camera and had the camera live streaming via WiFi in no time. Very professional company in terms of quality of product and support, I've been a customer for 4 years and have never had an issue. Very Satisfied customer

I use outside my energywork office to prevent anyone from hearing what my clients may be saying... it remains private that way. I wasn't concerned with the various sounds and quality of sound this machine makes as it only sits on the floor, outside my office, with the 'white noise' sound going. Works perfectly for this purpose!!!

Just be sure that it can 'see' wind coming from all directions and that it doesn't read air temperatures from hot surfaces (concrete, roofs, etc.) If you can mount it to a free-standing mast that would be ideal.
