I recently decided to make the switch from a Canon DSLR to a Canon R mirrorless. It was easy to learn since I'm already used to Canons. I bought the EF to RF adapter (with the adjustable ring) so I could use my DSLR lenses with it. My only complaint is that Canon should give you the adapter free (they used to!) when you buy the camera. So far, it's taking good photos, and I decided to buy the kit lens that goes with the camera, so I can use it for all-around use when I'm out and about. I have a very nice Sigma macro lens that I bought at the same time, which needs the EF to RF adapter, but it takes very nice macros on this camera. I'm glad I bought it.

I bought this for my Canon EFS 17-55 mm f/2.8 IS USM. I am still using it on the same lens and is doing a very good job without distorting or altering the images. Great stuff

Polarizer Glass Filter
This fit my 18-55mm EFS Canon lens just fine. Seems to do what its supposed to. Good price, fit, and quality.

Works great
Used this adapter with several different lenses of mine and a friends and it works perfectly with all of them. This adapter allows you to use EF or EFS lenses easily on the Canon RP.

Lens Cap keeper
Works as advertised. The elastic strap for the lens body tube fits both of my Canon Lenses, EFS 55-250mm and EFS 18-135mm. The adhering pad for the lens cap works best on the smooth surface edge where there is no logo underneath.

Very Good Lens
Works perfectly on my Canon T5i with the base EFS 18-55mm lens. Worked so well that I ordered another for the EFS 55-250mm lens I also have. No problems whatsoever with either lens.

35MM to Digital SLR
Received my Canon EOS Rebel T3 about two weeks ago. I bought the kit with the EFS 18-55 lens & the EFS 55-250 zoom lens. Great camera, simple & fun to use especially for a novice. This camera is light weight but still feels solid even with the 55-250 lens attached.Wow is the T3 easy to just pick up & start shooting pictures. Excellence entry level DSLR camera for an amateur/novice photographer, good balance of ease of use, quality & price. Great purchase!This camera was rejuvenated my old photography hobby. Thanks Canon.

Can I still use my stock lens hood?

We installed it on our Canon RF 24-105 lens and it was possible to use the lens hood on this lens because the lens hood attaches to the lens via the bayonette mount which is on the outside of the lens diameter and the magnetic filter adapter screws into the thread on the inside of the lens.

I have a canon ae1 camera with alot of lenses will i be able to use those lenses on my canon eos t7 camera?

The adapter for a EOS body to a Canon FD manual is the adapter needed. The Canon AE1 uses the FD/FL lens mount. The one I purchased works without a hitch. Mine is a K&F Concept Pro lens mount for Canon FD, FL lenses. From a F1 to a 5D Mark 4 with no issue.

FD-EOS fit for Canon FD mount lens and canon EF mount camera body. canon 60d is EF mount, so the adapter ring can work with your camera, but you need to check your lens mount. could you pls let us know your lens specific model? service(AT)kentfaith(DO NOT)com, Please note: It is not same between Canon FD mount and EF mount, this adapter ring is only for Canon FD mount lens, please contact us if you want to purchase for Canon EF mount lens.

I have a Ann older canon fd 50mm 1.8 and a Sony a6000. Is this meant for that?

Yes the FD-NEX adapter is what you need. I also have a a6000 and a Canon FD 50mm , 28mm, and a 300mm and they all work well with this adapter.
