I bought two of these light strips, I had an issue with one I contacted the seller and they shipped out a new set immediately. Great customer service as they stand behind their products.

Over all I'm highly impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this camera shoulder strap . The mount plate needed a little tweaking so as to not interfere with the open /close of the battery compartment. Just a simple bend with the pliers on the opposite end of the strap connection and it was good to go. I also love the quick and easy adjustable strap length feature, and the extra safety sling strap that keeps my camera stable.
