So far so good!
I recently decided to make the switch from a Canon DSLR to a Canon R mirrorless. It was easy to learn since I'm already used to Canons. I bought the EF to RF adapter (with the adjustable ring) so I could use my DSLR lenses with it. My only complaint is that Canon should give you the adapter free (they used to!) when you buy the camera. So far, it's taking good photos, and I decided to buy the kit lens that goes with the camera, so I can use it for all-around use when I'm out and about. I have a very nice Sigma macro lens that I bought at the same time, which needs the EF to RF adapter, but it takes very nice macros on this camera. I'm glad I bought it.

A serious digital camera at a bargain price.
I read this comprehensive review before purchase and you should too:http://www.imaging-resource.com/PRODS/canon-eos-m/canon-eos-mA.HTMI'm an amatuer photog for more than 40 years. Until recently, my only concession to digital photography was the purchase of inexpensive Canon point-n-shoots. As film photography has become a greater burden and digital has caught up in terms of quality while surpassing in convenience and affordability, my discovery of this little gem at a bargain price was perfect timing. Adding a $15 adapter, I can use may ancient but excellent FD mount Canon lenses - think F1 and AE-1 cameras. Auto-focus speed doesn't matter to me because I still prefer to manually set almost everything. That said, the AF performance of the EOS M seems equivalent to that of my son's Nikon 1.My purchases for my entry into serious digital photography to date include: the EOS M with Speedlite 90EX and EOS M 18-55mm IS lense: an SD card (PNY 64 GB High Speed SDXC Class 10): a spare battery (Opteka LP-E12 LPE12 2000mAh Battery Pack): a lense adapter (Fotasy Canon FD Lens to EOS M Lens); and a neck strap (OP/TECH USA System Connector Super Pro A).

Great Scope
I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase of this telescope. Alignment and tracking feature works very well as long as you follow Celestron's tips in the manual. I leveled the tripod and put in the time and my lat and long to give as accurate a location as possible. It has several options for alignment but I find skyalign to be the simplest and quickest. I used skyalign and chose betelgeuse, jupiter and a bright star that I didn't know to align with and I was up and running. I observed Jupiter for over an hour with barely any perceptible drift. The tour function works pretty well, though I recommend a lower power eyepiece to start because it seems that how far away you are from your alignment stars (or planets) has an affect on accuracy. Sometimes it puts objects dead center, sometimes it will be toward a side of the eyepiece. The good news is that you can center it and the scope will continue to track it very accurately allowing you to swap in a more powerful eyepiece. On the topic of eyepieces, the ones that come with the scope feel very cheap. I would describe them as "plasticky". They work decently, but if you have any interest in making amateur astronomy a long term hobby, you will absolutely want to get some new eyepieces and a barlow. I won't fault Celestron for the eyepieces, I planned on buying better ones anyway. My only gripe, and not against the scope itself because it does its job splendidly, is that this scope doesn't come in a 6" or 8" aperture. It was working so well that I got selfish and was yearning to see more. As far as accessories go, you will certainly want a power source that is NOT 8 AA batteries. The AC adapter and an extension cord comes highly recommended. I would also recommend the car cigarette lighter power cord as well if you plan on traveling for darker skies. I considered purchasing a power tank but the majority of reviews have been negative. The RS232 cord might be worth purchasing if you intend to connect your scope to a computer but bear in mind that you will need a USB to RS232 adapter unless you have a decade old computer that you still use. Why they use such a byzantine cable is beyond me. To sum this up, I highly recommend the Nexstar 127 SLT if you have a serious interest in taking up astronomy as a hobby. Operating the scope is a simple task and it provides some very nice views. Just invest in some quality eyepieces and a power adapter.

Looking for a digital camera for your FD lenses ?
If you want to use your old FD lenses, this is one of the best choices. All you need is an adapter ring "Fotasy Canon FD FL Lens to Canon EOS M". The pictures turn out great, you just have to get used to the manual adjustment but there is an automatic ISO adjustment to help, if you want.

Perfect match for the EOS M
So you finally decided on getting the EOS M (it's flaws considered). I assume you are a canon user, have a couple of good (canon EF/EF-S mount) lens lying around and would like to be able to use those on you EOS M. Just like me, you love your canon dslr but sometimes wish you can travel light but still be able to enjoy the canon ecosystem that you have grown to love. If you are what I assume you are, get this lens adapter.I took a gamble and bought a "like-new" used from a seller at Amazon and was very happy with a purchase. For anything more than $150 I probably would think twice. But I am not taking a start out because of the price. This adapter handles every canon mount lens I threw at it. The build quality is nice. The design (the way it attaches to the eos m; the included, detachable tripod mount) is well thought of... just perfect.

Nice adapter
I purchased a Canon FD to Leica M adapter in order to get some more use out of my 17mm Canon lens. I’m pretty impressed with it so far. It seems considerably better quality than the cheap imported adapters, and not as expensive as a Novoflex. The lens hooks up solid and it feels solid on the camera body. I will most likely try some of their other adapters as necessary.

Q
I have a canon ae1 camera with alot of lenses will i be able to use those lenses on my canon eos t7 camera?
A
The adapter for a EOS body to a Canon FD manual is the adapter needed. The Canon AE1 uses the FD/FL lens mount. The one I purchased works without a hitch. Mine is a K&F Concept Pro lens mount for Canon FD, FL lenses. From a F1 to a 5D Mark 4 with no issue.
Q
Will this fit on my canon 60d? Thanks
A
FD-EOS fit for Canon FD mount lens and canon EF mount camera body. canon 60d is EF mount, so the adapter ring can work with your camera, but you need to check your lens mount. could you pls let us know your lens specific model? service(AT)kentfaith(DO NOT)com, Please note: It is not same between Canon FD mount and EF mount, this adapter ring is only for Canon FD mount lens, please contact us if you want to purchase for Canon EF mount lens.

If you are referring to the Panasonic DMC-G7, then yes, it will adapt any Canon FD mount lens to any micro 4/3 mount camera. Including yours.
