I use an older but high-end Canon DSLR to take Nature and Wildlife photos on hikes. The camera is so old that it won’t back the CF card up to my iPad using a Canon USB cable and the Apple camera adapter for iOS. My workaround was to back up the CF card using a separate newer Canon camera and the same cable and adapter. I didn’t think this inexpensive DenicMic card reader would work, but the price was so cheap, I couldn’t resist giving it a try. Well, it works perfectly and the backup is speedy. Now I leave the iPad at home and back the images up to my phone. I can edit and share images immediately from wherever I’m taking images. (I haven’t had the card reader long enough to give a durability rating, but I wanted to give 5 stars because I’m pleased with the product)

My D700 Nikon speedlight died and went to heaven days before a play at my kids' school. I needed something quick and took a chance with this model. What a bargain! Extremely easy to use and very good quality. No frills, fuss, or tons of options. Extremely happy with this purchase!

I purchased DenicMic SD CF card reader to take along on my vacation. I have a nice DSLR camera that I like to take photos on because of the quality, as well as my iPhone. But I didn't like the confusion as to where a particular photo was; on my CF card or on my iPhone. Now I can transfer the DSLR photos I take each day of my trip and have them all appear on my iPhone. Very easy to use. The only downfall I find is that in order to make a good connection, you have to take off your phone case. It's not difficult but I fear taking the phone case off and on numerous times will weaken or break it. Other than that, I think this is a great product!

Expensive but Brilliant,This Flash is the best flash for high end Nikon bodies like my D700.the coupling with the body is so good I have been able to freeze Birds of prey in Flight

I purchased this card adapter to import photos to iPad and iPhone. It can read sd and cf cards and it works great.

Was easy to use. I had hoped that once I downloaded raw images to an iDevice they would be retrievable as raw files too. Thus a handy backup for to my CF and SD cards when traveling. It works just fine in downloading the raw files from all my Canon 5D MIII DSLR CF and SD cards and Lumix PnS SD cards. However, when eventually retrieved from the iPad they are of the JPEG type. I suspected this, so I am not all that disappointed as I still can use the ability to download my raw files from CF cards and in order to share them with other while in the field as JPEGs, even doing a bit of superficial editing with the various iPad APPs. Sooo... this device works just fine in my iDevice world, even though the iPad does not store the images in raw format.
