I keep this filter on my main 18-55mm lens on my Sony NEX-5R. I have never had any issues with it. I've taken out in the snow, rain, and dirt/dust. It has never scratched and has been great for protecting my camera and enhancing my photos. I have a pack of these threaded filters and can only stack two before the vignetting gets too severe.This is definitely essential camera gear to have!

I could have had a better deal if I bought it with the Canon EOS-M 18-55mm with speedlite kit and just bought the 22mm f/2 lens for $119.00. Any way, this one works perfect with the Canon EOS-M because, obviously, it's made for it. Very small and compact, manual flash control makes everything right!

Love this lens, first prime lens for me and I can tell the difference in sharpness over the 18-55mm lens that came with my camera. I can tell there is going to be a fun learning curve with this lens. I am just beginning in photography but will say this about this lens, its a great buy for the money and a great lens for a beginner wanting to do some portraits like I am. I have no regrets buying this lens. Just remember to read the instructions for the shutting down the lens and putting the lens cap on, its different from the stock lens.

This filter fits perfectly on my canon 18-55mm and 55-250mm lenses, and is not loose that it would fall easily. It does the job you pay for, but picture quality could have been abit better in my opinion. But for beginners this is perfect considering the price and practicality. The package came closed and all sealed and the filter was inside it's box all safe and undamaged.

This lens gets a LOT more light than the 18-55mm lens, it is much easier to take photos in dark environments such as indoors. Not to mention the camera getting into the range of point and shoot size with this lens, I can fit the camera in my pocket!This lens seems to produce noticeably better closeups as well, and the focus feels like it has a longer and smoother range (doesn't just jump out to infinity) than the 18-55.My only issue with this lens is the AF continues to reset for several seconds after the camera is turned off, forcing you to wait to put your lens cap back on. It made me start putting the cap on before I turn the camera off.

This ideally helped me with my Canon EOS 100d 18-55mm lens.

Everything I had received was definitely brand new and not refurbished. I also received the 18-55mm kit lens which is a plus. Fantastic deal.

I am using this bag for my Nikon D5000 with only one 18-55mm lens. It should fit another lens, but I am not sure.
