So far I am satisfied with the camera, I had experienced some technical issues before but with a good tech support and good customer service standing behind you, any problems you may encounter is solved. I use these for a second, more portable production rig. You need to check lower bass frequencies on bigger monitors or decent headphones, but other than that 5 stars for price.

We bought 3 of these cameras. They were easy to install and connect. It's great to be able to see the images and interact with people when you are away from the house. Our only concern is that one of the rechargeable batteries stopped holding a charge after only a couple months. Hoping that the company will resolve this issue. I see in the reviews others have had this problem. Amazon gave wrong support information. Company support is support@zumimall.com. Overall we have had a good experience for the price paid and feel more secure in our home. **UPDATE** Contacted company and they sent a replacement camera right away with no hassle. Overall great customer service once I found the correct contact information. Changing to 5 stars

通販限定モデルということなので、箱はダンボールに簡単な印刷をしただけの簡素なものになっています簡素な作りなので音質にはそれほど期待はしていなかったのですが、思ってた以上に音質は良かったです側圧もそれほど強くないので、装着時の負担感はそこまででもありませんでしたマイクを使用しないときは回転させて収納することができるので、邪魔にもなりにくいですただヘッドホン部分のスポンジが直接耳に乗っかるオンイヤータイプのようなヘッドセットなので、長時間使っていると耳が痒くなることがあるのが致命的な欠点ですね耳の周囲を密閉する形になっていないので外部の騒音が聞こえてしまいやすいという欠点もありますイヤーパッドも形状的に交換も難しいでしょうし、傷んでしまったらまるごと買い換えるしかなさそうです
