Amazon said this filter doesn't fit my 2017 Ford Edge Titanium AWD 2.0 BUT IT DOES! Looked it up on K&N website.

I really liked this filter. I got this filter with the intention of the Solar eclipse that just occured. I am very happy that I got it and will be using again.

I almost did not order because Amazon compatibility filter said that this filter would not fit my 2014 Ford Fusion SE with 1.5L turbo engine but I did order and it fit perfectly. I have K&N filters in all my vehicles and have never had a problem.

I bought this for my 2013 ford escape titanium with a 2.0L ecoboost engine. Im getting better fuel consumption and more power than with the stock filter, but my RPM's while idling and way higher than before. I used to idle at around 500-600 RPM and after i installed this filter i idle at around 1100. Definitely a little concerning but these engines are torture tested in extreme heat and cold at full RPMS up to 160 000 miles so i think it will be fine. Also i think i paid around $60 for this on amazon, and i see it a week later at Napa for $34.00, so it pays to shop around!

I replaced the original filter that my Ford truck came with when it was new with the K&N filter. My gas mileage improved by over 8%.

It is a pain in the butt to change this filter by the way Ford designed the housing. If this last as long as they say it will be well worth the cost.

Although this filter is listed as NOT fitting the 2016 Ford Edge Sport (2.7L V6 twin dual scroll turbos), it does fit. I ordered it after looking at the K & N website and they finally said that this filter (K & N 33-5000) does fit the car above. A 3 minute installation. The engine sounds more powerful and you can notice the difference in performance. I will check out the fuel economy next week on a long trip and will report back if this filter aided the fuel economy.
