Having both a Canon M10 Mirrorless camera as well as a full-frame Canon 1D X Mark II, I hated that I had so many professional lenses that would not fit on the M10. But, with this mount I am able to use all of my EF lenses and have their full functionality intact! Auto focus and stabilization are fully-functional. I love it!

Fits full frame 50mm f1.8
Fits perfectly on my Sony full frame 50mm f1.8. So satisfying to replace a missing lens cap!

Great Travel or beginners camera.
Great beginner camera or small lightweight travel camera. Canon has some of the best touch screen controls out there. The controls are very intuitive. It does relatively well in low light, but do not expect miracles as it is not a full frame. The frame rate is plenty fast for sports or fast action ( the auto focus could be a bit faster). Having the Electronic Viewfinder that accurately shows what the picture will look like is a big plus. The fact that you can adapt full frame lenses is a big plus if you already have a full frame camera or are thinking of buying one in the future. To adapt the lenses you will need a EF to EF-M adapter which is not included. If you are going for the most compact and lightweight package then use the EF-M native lenses. They are much smaller and lighter than the full frame versions. A drawback of the M50 is that the battery and memory cards are accessed through the bottom. If you have the camera on a tripod it will have to be removed from the tripod and the tripod plate also removed before you can change either the battery or memory card. If you are going to be using it for videos keep in mind that the 4k mode has a crop. ( Great for far objects, terrible for wide angle views. ) If I had to mention one area that could be improved the first area should be in body stabilizer. Very useful for those lenses that do not have it built in.

The color science on this is gorgeous.
Look, it's a Canon, so it's gonna be built excellently. There's not much to say about the EOS R that you won't find in other reviews, but consider this:- You get a full frame mirrorless while staying in Canon land. All your Canon gear continues to function.- The form factor is actually better than the 5D/6Ds because of the slimmer body. The grip feels more stable.- The touch-sensitive slider switch is weird but you can just not use it. Would have been nice to better use that real estate for something else (like a real switch), my guess is they don't use it on the next models. It's not a big deal either way.- You get a 1.7x crop on 4K video. Yes, too bad, but the only other option in this price range is the Sony A7, which means getting all new (and more expensive) lenses. All other cameras will give you similar crops or aren't even full frame.- You need the mount if you're using any EF lenses (which is 99% of the reason to buy this over a Sony A7) which adds a bit of weight and size, and they can be COSTLY, BUT:- The adapters can come with dials for another way to configure the camera or drop in filter slot for a polarizer or variable filter. These things are pricey but even more convenient than using traditional filters, so if you can afford it, it's actually a great use of space. And most importantly:- The color science is amazing out of the box. The camera performs amazingly. Added photo is just a random picture after unboxing with no edits.

It is well worth it.
I am switching from a Canon T6i to this Canon EOS R and the full frame censor is really as it should be with the lenses. I am still trying to lean about this camera and already am very impressed in every way.

Professional grade tripod reasonable price
I ordered the 79" K&F first but it was lost in transit so instead I chose ordered this unit. I'm using it for a full frame canon 5dsr with 70-200m and a Sony a6600 with 16-55 Sony lense. The tripod is sturdy and very easy to for 360 degree movement. Great product. Highly recommended.

Will this work for a nikon f-mount (d3300) to sony e-mount? ( a7iii)
A
it could work with a nikon f-mount (d3300) to sony e-mount( a7iii).
Q
Is it compatible with sony a7iii??
A
Yes, it will fit any Sony e mount body, either full frame (a7..., a9...), or aps-c (like a6500, etc)
Q
Will this work on an a7iii? It wasn't listed.
A
Yes, the A7III is an E Mount lens mount.
Q
The difference between APS-C, full-frame, 4/3 sensor
A
Adapting APS-frame lens to full-frame camera, it may generate vignetting, some cameras could correct it by adjust APSC, please contact us and provide your lens&camera model to check the way to
correct it.
Adapting full-frame lens to APS-frame camera (i.e: large format to medium format, medium format to 35mm, 35mm to micro 4/3) provides excellent edge-to-edge sharpness. The smaller image field helps
minimize the effects of lens distortion and aberration by using the 'sweet spot' or center of the larger lens image circle. and it will magnify the focal length by 1.6 on Canon, 1.5 on Nikon and Sony,2.0 on M4/3 camera.
Q
I currently own 3 a-mount lense (from a sony a230) just bought a sony a5000, which is an emount. Will this adapter fit my old lenses to my new camera?
A
No, this adapter is for the older manual focus Minolta Rokkor MC and MD lenses. If you want to autofocus and aperture control you will need the Sony LA-EA4. (the lower cost Sony LA-EA3 will electronically connect A mount lenses but you will have to manually focus.)
