1. Please make sure that your mobile phone is connected to a router in the 2.4GHz band. 2. Make sure the Wi-Fi password is correct. 3. Make sure the Wi-Fi signal is stable where you are 4. Only supports mobile terminals, not computers and tablet connection devices

Any tips for connecting the camera to network?

Yes, K&F Concept Baby Monitor can only support 2.4G Wi-Fi, please ensure that your router supports 2.4G Wi-Fi. When pairing a camera, please choose a 2.4G Wi-Fi on your phone too. You can go back to using 5G Wi-Fi or other networks on your phone after a successful pairing.
