It works great. Is a good alternative to the gopro session.

Having just bought a new lens that had a filter size different to any filters I currently owned, I was interested to see this Neewer 58mm set which provides all the basic filters.Even though the set is 58mm it could be used on lenses with a smaller filter size if desired by using an adapter ring. Such rings are not expensive.The set consists of a UV filter, a CPL filter, and four neutral density filters - ND4, ND8, ND16, and ND32. What is interesting about this set is that there are two adapter rings that allow the filters to be used on GoPro cameras. Along with the two provided lens caps all the filters and adapters fit into the provided storage case.The listing states the adapters and filters are compatible with GoPro Hero models 8, 7, 6, 5. As I have a GoPro Hero 8, this was very much a case of killing two birds with one stone as the saying goes.In use the filters all screwed on to my new lens without issue. The filters are slimline and as such are a little fiddly to install but they did all fit with a little bit of effort on my part. The filters also screwed into the GoPro adapter without problem as well.I found the CPL filter to be a little stiffer than I personally like but after ten minutes turning it loosened up to where I was happy with it.I have other Neewer products, and these filters are certainly up to their usual standard. Considering you are getting six filters, two adapters, and two lens caps, for this price I would recommend the set to anyone looking for an affordable basic set

Purchased this little guy for my Thailand trip. Took it snorkeling, gave it some time in the sea.I have an advanced photography background and am quite picky so take that into consideration when reading my review.Overall I recommend the GoPro Hero Session with one caveat -- for the price.Do you prioritize stealth and portability? Then buy this over the typical GoPros. Image quality in photo mode will be about the same (This guy has taken some pretty nice looking images I must admit) It's black so you don't look like your typical GoPro user and it's not so quite obvious you're being a tourist. Less of a target, in my opinion.The video quality is quite good and colorful and sharp. You'll see reviews sort of bash this GoPro compared to the larger silver or black and they're right, those GoPros do edge out the session in quality but only while viewing full size on a large screen. For YouTube and your computer, you won't notice a difference.This does not need a case to be waterproofed. Very cool feature about it. So its footprint is tiny.The battery life is just OK but the cool thing is you can charge it via USB. No need to pull out a clunky battery and charger and put it in the wall. You often ask yourself is it in photo mode or video mode? I've often done the opposite of what I intended to do. You get used to it, but it's frustrating.Overall I thought about trading it for the bigger GoPro but the session has its own charm about it.

Nice filter kits that comes with GOPRO filters along with regular camera lens filters as well. It is really nice quality and photos in the bright snow comes out really nice!

Most people into photography will instantly recognize the name K&F Concept as makers of high quality photographic equipment and these GoPro lens filters are no different. Quality multi coated optics are used in both the CPL and ND filters.With this lens set you get three ND filters (ND stands for Neutral Density - more on this in a minute) and one circular polarize filter.The CPL filter is a circular polarize lens filter. These are used for reducing glare in your videos and photos. It also helps brings out the deep blue in skies when shooting the sky, clouds, etc.You can rotate the front of the CPL lens which is a great feature as it allows you to see what effect it's having on your color in real time as you turn it.The ND, or neutral density filters act basically as 'sunglasses' for your camera's lens and sensor. They come in 8, 16 and 32 stops reduction which gives you plenty of variety and choice.One fairly typical use of a ND filter would be for taking a photo of a waterfall. You want that classic picture of a static landscape BUT with the water showing movement and flow.In order to achieve this, you'd have to deliberately overexpose the shot in order to give the water motion however in doing this, everything else in the picture (besides the waterfall) will be blown out and overexposed to the point of almost total whiteness!Now, if you place a ND filter on the lens, you're forcing the shutter to stay open longer resulting in a perfectly exposed picture with the flowing water in the waterfall.This is a great lens kit to have in your GoPro gear bag.

Way better than my "gopro hero 4 session", it has better clarity but the volume is really low

I have a lot of Neewer photography gear. My collection started based on price, but it's the high quality that has kept me seeking out their products, and what makes their gear such a value. This lens filter kit is a great example. The 6 lens filters are pristine and the hard case is firm and protective. I don't have a GoPro, instead I ordered this for my 58mm Nikkor lens. Since I won't be using the GoPro adapters, I wish the larger foam cutouts were kept at filter size. But that's an easy modification that I can make. I have a CPL filter from another brand that gets stuck on the threads of my UV filter every time I use it. No such threading issue with these, the filters spin on and off smoothly. This is a worthwhile purchase. Highly recommend.

After installing this filter my gas milage incread by about 5%.
