What is the length of the rotation arm?

The length of the arm is 32cm

black part of arm when fully extended is 8-3/4". If measured with black arm to mounting plate its 11"

Will this head support heavy telephoto lenses?
A
The K&F barely supported a Canon 400mm lens using the support arm of the lens. I found I had to really lock down to get the lens to hold position. I have moved on to another brand.

Will the blood pressure function work correctly if you wear it on your right arm?
A
Not sure about that I haven’t tried it. My BP has to be checked anyway on my left arm due to surgery on my right arm.

How Long is the horizontal arm? Could it be use to take pictures of a table dining setting from above?
A
It's about 15" to the quick release plate, add about 2" for the camera,it can cover most overhead shots.
