This tripod is easy to use for Pan and Tilt, 90° and 180° It has a pan bar, and everything that you could do for your shots. Once I bought, every shot I did was well done with this tripod! 

Yes...you might need an adapter but is unlikely. 

It has a standard screw mount where a tilt mount can be attached. 

The longer Flange distance lens to the shorter Flange distance camera, then could use the infinity focus.
but if the shorter Flange distance lens to longer Flange distance camera, then could not use the infinity focus, you can focus on a limited distance.
the position of the infinity mark 【∞】of the telephoto lens or super telephoto lens is shifted slightly to the positive side to enable focus adjustment even when focus shift is caused due to temperature changes.The shift range is denoted by an L-shaped line, Be sure to check the focus through the viewfinder even when you shoot at infinity. 

You could try this tip. Hope it helps. Pan&tilt operation: Press the “pan/tilt” button on the upper right corner (A direction icon will appear in the middle of the screen when you press the “pan/tilt” button) →use the sound and brightness buttons to move the lens(The specific operation is shown in the video).
