Yes, there are suitable lens caps with a larger diameter (= inner diameter of the outer opening), which can then be placed on the outside when the aperture is on.

It says the lens cap/hood should be 77mm, can I attach other filters (black mist..etc) of 77mm?

Hi, if you want screw other filter or lens cap on this filter , need larger size than multifuctional filter , if you order 77mm ND2-ND32&CPL filter , the front of lens cap or filter need 86mm, of course you can use filter adapter rings , but too much filter added , it might be caused dark corner.

Can the lens cap be directly attached to both lens and filter?

Yes, the lens cover is magnetic also threaded, and the lens can be screwed on directly, or it can be magnetically attached by a magnetic attachment ring or filter, which is a two-in-one function;

can you use a pinch lens cap over this filter?
A
The Answer is Yes. You can use a pinch cap over most filters. ALL my lenses have a filter of some sort on them. I use to use a lot of "traditional" lens caps on all my old Nikkor lenses but putting them on and taking them off became a giant PITA, so I got a Pinch Cap as a test. I then converted ALL the lenses to Pinch Caps. Hope this helps.
