yes, the ballhead could be remove

Is the lens cap fixed on the binoculars or is it completely removable?

The lens cover is not installed. If you prefer, you can remove it permanently. It is only fixed by the thin rubber ring on the front.

Can eyeglass wearers see through these lenses?

Yes you can. Remove the eye seal.

Can a polarizer be added to this?
A
It depends on what your shooting with a polarizer filter. They mainly are used to block reflections and glare that sort of thing. So, maybe it can work I've never done that myself though. Hope this helps!
