Will ND2-ND400 filter cause X cross?
A
From 1-5 stops, there will be a slight X cross for lens under 24mm. An X cross will appear at the highest stop and can be removed by rotating the filter ring, which is a normal situation instead of a quality issue.

What size would fit the 14-45mm ?
A
There is a number on the inner ring of the lens that indicates it’s diameter. Usually the last number after the size and f/stop.

Could not make focus and the image is blurry?
A
This issue could be improved according to following suggestions:
- Q1: Camera shutter does not release when lens is attached
A：The lens is fully manual and does not have electrical contacts. Please switch your camera to "M" (manual) mode - Q2: Images are too dark
A：Lower the f-stop on the lens, and/or lower shutter speed, and/or raise ISO settings on camera - Q3: Images are too bright
A：Raise the f-stop on the lens, and/or raise shutter speed, and/or raise ISO settings on camera - Q4: Images are not coming out in focus
A：a) Adjust the focusing distance on the lens to the correct distance.
b) In certain photographic situations, you may find it easier to focus at f/5.6-8 rather than f/3.5

Why could not adjust the aperture when use EOS-M4/3 adapter ring
A
- As Canon’s EOS lenses are electronically controlled，most Canon EF mount lenses do not feature a manual aperture ring，so when used on our EOS-M4/3, which is a full manual operation adapter ring, the aperture could not be transferred to the camera, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default.
- Some buyer mentioned could not adjust the aperture, actually this is because your lens does not have the aperture control function, If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default
- You could set your aperture via this way, but we do not suggest to use this way: You can control the f-stop by putting the lens on an EOS body, stop it down using the DOF preview button, and while holding the button down taking the lens off the camera. You can then transfer the lens to the M4/3 camera, and it will retain the f-stop.
