Press 3 times 'Menu 'Button - Setup - find ' Format' 

It's an EF mount. If RP then the adapter logically arises by itself. 

I use it on the Sony Alpha 6000 with a manual FD 50mm. AF and aperture transmission are not an issue here. Actually, the adapter only keeps the lens at the right distance in front of the sensor. This works great and I think it will be the same with the Alpha 7III. 

( such as A Hasselblad or Mamiya 645 or Pentax) can be attached to this tripod. However, even though this is a great medium duty tripod, to put that amount weight on top might make it a little unstable. Now if you’re anchored on good solid ground, with little to no wind this tripod will most likely work well. Just don’t walk away if conditions are not optional. Don’t forget that it’s a manual lens adapter. Works with full manual lenses. If your lens has no physical aperture ring, you cannot control it from your camera.
