It's an EF mount. If RP then the adapter logically arises by itself. 

I use the pro square system with frames around the glass and have no problem with 24mm.

However, even though this is a great medium duty tripod, to put that amount weight on top might make it a little unstable. Now if you’re anchored on good solid ground, with little to no wind this tripod will most likely work well. Just don’t walk away if conditions are not optional. Yes it will fit, the lens will become completely manual though. Not familiar with that lens, but hopefully it has a aperture adjustment ring, otherwise you have to use the ring on the adapter which isn't very accurate and doesn't have any number markings. But to answer your question, yes, and good quality.
