exactly what you would have expected...i was grateful for the prompt guidance received when i made a silly mistake during initial use.

Haven't had it long just one call so far but I like the charger case it comes in and that it automatically connects once you take it out of the case. On the call I made I could hear the other person much more clearly than with my older single ear peice and the other person could hear me well and said not much background noise unlike a pair of ear pods I have while good for music not as good for phone calls people have complained that my voice sounds far off plus not good for long car trips since if not in use turns off.I also like how it automatically connect to my phone or watch or both when I take it out of the case. So far so good.

I bought this AKASO Brave 4 to document my son's EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT = "YELLOWSTONE POND" (during the months of May/June months)!
