Replacement for Cocoon Cam Mount
Our wall mount that came with our cocoon camera broke and we bought this as a replacement. So much better than the original mount. Gives you a much better view and the flexible arm makes it so easy to adjust. Very happy with this purchase!

Very pleased with this camera
This is a replacement for a previous camera and this one has a much better picture in color. It was easy to mount and set up. Haven’t had any problems with the camera. We have a narrow viewing area so sometimes it doesn’t pick up the movement right away but we’re very happy with the camera.

Great camera
Great camera. Still getting used to it, but the quality of picture is great. This is a replacement for my Nikon 2000 film camera which I loved.

Picture quality
It seems like it will be very good. It is a replacement for a nikon s6800 that got a lens error and I could not fix it

does the job you would want it to do
i used this for the nikon camera works fine with one small issue it is slightly difficult to mount the camera on top when the double joint piece is tightened this stops you from being able to freely screw in your camera this is not an issue for me but if someone wants securely in the same place every time this can be annoying because you have to loosen it to efficiently attach the camera in minimal time

Clear instructions, robust and durable
Bought as a replacement as my Nikon clips had cracked so no longer clipped on.Clear instructions. Seem to be robust and durable.Love the way the elastic goes around the lens so you don’t have to worry about putting it in your pocket etc. Good price - would recommend

Yes, it is indeed Nikon f mount.

Is there a open skeleton frame to use the external microphone?

The V50x comes with a skeleton case with a slotted rear door replacement, but there is no opening to allow plugging in an external mic. As a note, the sound recording, even while in the completely waterproof case, is better than I had expected. If you're not worried about moisture, there is a threaded tripod mount on the bottom of the camera and an adapter that will allow you mount the camera without using the case.

No the other way this is to be able to mount the Nikon lenses onto the micro 4/3 camera body

I don't think you need any. There is no glass.
