Solid mount. Possibly the best accessory in my kit
I love this mount. It is not compatible with the Nikon FTZ adapter unless you move it from the body to the adapter or buy another mount just for the adapter. I’ve hike a couple mountains and bustled through crowds without fail using this mount.

Exceptional adapters that focus to infinity with m
Part 1 - Minolta MD to Sony NEX adapterTechnically, it slightly overshoots infinity but the issue is easily corrected by dialing back the focus ring just a tad --- Not exact but clearly better than not-at-all.Although very light due to extensive aluminum usage, the build quality and fit-and-finish of the adapter is superb. Connections on the lens and camera mount sides are tight and precise --- absolutely, zero slop. The top of the lens release button is flattened making the lens removal process very easy and comfortable.Other notes:- There are no electrical connections so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens itself- When mounting the lens, turn the adapter clockwise till you hear a "click"- Tested with a Minolta 85mm f/1.7 Rokkor-X MD lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera-----------------------Part 2 - Nikon Ai to Sony NEX adapterEdit: Based on my positive experience with the Minolta MD adapter, I also purchased the Nikon Ai adapter later. As with the Minolta MD adapter, the Nikon Ai version focuses beyond infinity a tiny bit. Fortunately, the same solution applies - dial back the focus ring and the horizon will become crystal clear. The build quality is impeccable and the finish is smooth and clean of burrs or machine marks. Connections on both sides are taut and precise with zero play.Additional notes for Nikon Ai adapter:- No electrical connections present so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens.- Unlike the Minolta MD adapter, mounting the lens for Nikon adapter requires a counter-clockwise turn until you hear the "click" of the locking mechanism- Tested with a Nikon Micro Nikkor 55m f/2.8 Ai-S MF lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera

Great
Easy to use, really no loss of effective aperture, just rotate clockwise or it tends to loosen

Beginners POW
if you are even remotely interested in Astronomy then this is quite a good starter telescope. There are quite a few telescopes in the $400-$700 range that youmay want to consider. For example a $700 Dobsonian with the larger 8 inch aperture will probably give you better views however for beginer I think this is an incredible telescope because of the go to future. This telescope can be used to look at deep space objects however keep in mind that everything you see will be monochromatic. In addition do not expect nice beautiful pictures like you would see with astrophotography. Large galaxies such as Andromedea can be visualized. Nedulae while they can be visualized but will appear as small gray smudges. Therefore have reasonable expectations before buying any telescope. The go to feature is nice and fairly accurate when alignment is done correctly. Which means the tripod has to be leveled with built-in level. It is better to find out the coordinates of your site by going to a map such as iTouch map. Make sure you entered the time correctly since this will determine what Celestial objects are visible at that time. I also use software apps: google sky maps, astro panel and SKEye which are very helpful. Overall I can visit her weight started telescoping. Having used this for the last few months I cannot wait to upgrade to a larger aperture telescope in a few years.

Looking to fit a Nikkor 55mm 3.5 ain’t lens on to my canon 80d is this possible with this adapter?
A
hello, The Nikon-EOS adapter ring fit for nikon AI mount lens and canon EF camera. so the adapter ring fit for your Nikkor 55mm 3.5 ain’t lens on to canon 80d
Q
I have a 1st gen tamron 70-200 f/2.8 lens for my nikon d80... will this work on fuji xt3? tamron lens does not have an aperture ring.
A
The adapter is designed for Nikon lenses, including D mount. If the Tamron fits the Nikon D80 it should work. As for the lack of aperture ring on the Tamron ... not sure about that. Perhaps the Nikon D80 has an in camera aperture selection.
Q
Am I supposed to use an adapter to attach to a Nikon camera? If so, can you suggest an adapter?
A
No the other way this is to be able to mount the Nikon lenses onto the micro 4/3 camera body
Q
What is the difference between Nikon G and Nikon AI
A
Firstly, let's talk whether you need Nikon AI adapter ring or Nikon G adapter ring.
If your lens mount is AI, please choose AI one, if it is G please choose G one, there difference between them is G adapter ring with a aperture control ring.
If you want to use Nikon AI lens on this Nikon(G) adapter ring, it could be attached, but the aperture control ring could not be used,as there is a pin on Nikon G lens that could move the aperture control ring but no on AI lens.
So why have a separate adapter for the lenses with the 'G' designation? While the G lenses are the still the same physical F mount, the G indicator means there is no aperture dial on the lens itself. So while the G lenses will physically fit the standard F mount cameras and adapters, there is no way at all to change the f-stop on the lens. The adapters marked as Nikon G Mount are specifically made for those lenses in mind and have a dial built into them that allows you to control the lens iris from the adapter!
so here let's discuss the 4 items
KF06.068 AI mount, aluminum material
KF06.286 AI mount, with 1/4 Female thread screw for mounting onto the tripod
KF06.309 Ai mount, cooper material
KF06.070 G mount, aluminum material

Q
Some questions about the aperture
A
  1. please judge whether your lens could adjust the aperture there is only Nikon(G),also called AI(G) adapter ring has the aperture control ring, and is only for Nikon G lens,
If you want to use nikon AI lens on this Nikon(G) adapter ring, it could be attached, but the aperture control ring could not be used as
there is a pin on Nikon G lens that could move the aperture control ring but no on AI lens.
  2. Some buyer mentioned could not adjust the aperture, actually this is because your lens does not have the aperture control function, If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default
  3. Since there is no electronic contacted on our adapter ring, so could not transfer the aperture number to camera.
