My ISP upgraded my modem and I was unable to reconnect via WiFi with the camera, I was able to contact technical support promptly and was assisted by Richard Reese who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me with reconfiguration of camera and had the camera live streaming via WiFi in no time. Nachdem meine Firma etwas Budget für mehr Komfort im Home Office locker gemacht hat, habe ich mir das Headset von Sennheiser gegönnt. Was soll ich sagen, ich bin zufrieden. Die Tonqualität ist gut, auch wenn ich mir etwas mehr Noise-Cancelling gewünscht hätte, für Home Office mit Mann und Kind in der Nähe reicht es aus. Tragekomfort ist sehr angenehm, auch nach täglich einigen Stunden in Videokonferenzen. Ein Quantensprung zur vorherigen Lösung Smartphone-Kopfhörer, da haben die Ohren irgendwann ordentlich geschmerzt. Ein weiteres Plus ist die Kabellänge, so kann man auch mal in Konferenzen ohne Kamera stehen oder wichtige Dinge in weiterem Umfeld erreichen, wie z.B den Drucker oder Nervennahrung.Für meinen Bedarf das richtige Produkt, absolute Kaufempfehlung.
