I really liked the size and portability. The sounds were really realistic too. Unfortunately the lowest sound setting was too loud for me.

It seems to be fine, but the documentation is limited and doesn't go into detail. imho.

My ISP upgraded my modem and I was unable to reconnect via WiFi with the camera, I was able to contact technical support promptly and was assisted by Richard Reese who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me with reconfiguration of camera and had the camera live streaming via WiFi in no time. Very professional company in terms of quality of product and support, I've been a customer for 4 years and have never had an issue. Very Satisfied customer

I don't know where to begin, I love everything about it, it's palm size , the video quality is outta this world, I bought it to use as a family video camcorder because I wanna get videos of my son and i have been searching for simple video recording but with absolute perfect resolution quality without paying for a $3,000 camcorder, I'm very happy with it, plus the "Photo" Quality is perfect as well, you can't go wrong with this little video/photo camera "GoPro" hero 9 is a perfect camera , for just about anything, you want be disappointed in buying you one of these !!!
