I’ve also been really impressed with the battery charge, as I live on a pretty active street, so the motion capture seems to be working constantly. My ISP upgraded my modem and I was unable to reconnect via WiFi with the camera, I was able to contact technical support promptly and was assisted by Richard Reese who was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, He was able to assist me with reconfiguration of camera and had the camera live streaming via WiFi in no time. Usually I am not a big desk lamp person, I prefer natural light or an overhead light. However, I work in a city that generally has more cloudy than sunny days, and a desk lamp was absolutely needed. I wanted something with a dimmer, basically to set the lighting as I saw fit. I NEVER thought I would find that in a desk lamp. Case closed. In addition, I can keep my phone charged throughout the day. Couldn't ask for a better product for what I needed.
