I purchased this product after hearing some good things about it and both batteries are dead and will not hold charge. But a representative with Dragon Touch reached out to me and made things right. Not only did they send me a new camera but also they sent me a $50 Amazon gift card. I appreciate them reaching out to correct the issue. Happy with the new product I recieved.

I would have liked a separate bass woofer, but that is not really Bose's thing in this price range.But it is only for a tv.
