Be sure you have to buy a memory card to make this camera work properly. Also, you need to sync with your phone by downloading an app. You will have to use this camera with your phone. My wife wanted our daughter to use the camera on its own but that's not possible. Once you hook up the app, you can see the video coming through it using your phone. You can take still pictures and videos. You press a button and a light tells you which function you're using. The picture and video quality is fine for the price point. Our daughter wants to use this for water rides and other aquatic adventures. There is a waterproof case that comes with the camera.

The standard shoulder/neck strap that came with the DSLR was always slipping off of my shoulder and was very uncomfortable when worn around the neck. This strap solves those problems. Works great for my use of casual photography. Also a good deal when some competing straps go for over 4X as much.
