I wish I had of seen this before
I love macro photography and recently brought a regular speedlight (albeit a compact one) so that I could take it around with me; a bit of a pain, if I'm honest, with having the diffuser on it and trying to get the best light. Then I noticed this one a month after, and it was even cheaper, so I thought I would try it.I actually have 2 macro lenses over the years, a Nikon F mount and a Nikon Z mount, and there is an important thing you need to do with the Z mount lens; do not mount the flash to the lens part, which moves in and out, attach it with a larger adapter to the outer case. This is because it will put undue pressure on the lens and can result in lens motor failure. I did a lot of research on that, so I thought you should know.Loved the fact that it came with so many adapters, as I was a bit worried I was going to have to find some to fit my lenses. The light is beautifully even that comes out of it and really makes your picture pop, and the cable to the main unit is soft and flexible and doesn't pull against front. Very simple controls on the back to adjust the power, and so far, I've only needed the lowest setting for macro work, although I'm sure the higher setting will come in useful for portraits (not tried that yet).

A great buy for anyone!
I couldn't be happier with this pack. I was able to fit both my Canon and my Pentax cameras in the bag with 7 lenses, cleaning supplies, a 10-inch tablet, extra batteries and a rain cover for my cameras. My laptop fits perfectly as well as my tripod. I even had room for snacks and a water bottle for those long days hiking or working the scenes as a photojournalist. Definitely a great buy for anyone.

Fantastic Value
Fantastic value for the money. I got two, deeply discounted at around $10 each, and am still wondering whether the low price was a mistake. These would be worth it even at regular price. Very sturdy!I attached one to a Pentax K3 with no issues. The other went on my vintage Pentax 35mm, and for that I needed to use a standard hole punch to make the small hole in the little protective leather flaps just a tad wider. On both cameras, the straps hang just right.I am a short woman, and the length is just fine for me with no adjustments. I can either place it over one shoulder, cross-body, or around my neck. The reverse side is a soft suede-like fabric. I especially like how the part right where it hits my shoulder has extra padding. The color is a beautiful cognac brown and looks amazing. (My picture has pretty dark lighting.)I will report back if anything changes, but so far, so good!

Great originally, even better with ribcage
Really solid for the price. Check out the Ribcage mod to use c-mount lenses with it

Light and Compact
I don't think there is a single tripod design that works for every situation and device. The usual choice is stability vs. weight, and that remains true here. We used some very heavy lenses and there is no way this would work for them. However, it is a really fantastic tripod for lighter cameras/lenses or for use with the included phone mount. That is not to say that the phone mount is great, since it is flimsier than I would like. I have used similar mounts and have not had issues with the phone moving, even if they could be more secure. These tripods are also excellent for mounting hardware like lighting. Why use it for that? Because it is incredibly compact and lightweight, making it easy to bring on location. If you are looking for a tripod that won't weigh you down, this is a good choice. You may want to buy the tripod and head separately, but that is true for other tripods as well. It is the best tripod I have used in this weight class.

Good Deal
For the price, it can't be beat. If you're using it for something heavy, you'd probably want to spend more. I'm using it for a Pentax DSLR camera. I'm not using lenses that are too big. I did some night shots of the sky/forest and they turned out great.

Does what you want it to do.
Reading most of the reviews here you'd think this bag was small and not good enough to carry your larger DSLRs. Here's what I can fit in mine:Pentax K-1 DSLR (pretty big)Pentax FA 20-35Pentax D-FA 28-105Pentax DA* 55mm f1.4Pentax FA* 85mm f/1.4Another smaller size lensJoby Gorillapod SLRSpare battery, cleaning cloth and a flash unit, and maybe a screw on filter set in the mesh compartment. They all fit in there very nicely - a bit snug but definitely do-able. The zippers are reliable and I've not had any issues carrying the above. Ignore the guys that want to carry their huge zoom lenses with the DSLR attached - they can spend a bit more to get what they want. I'm happy to remove my lenses from the camera.

Q
Will this allow my nikon 1 s1 lenses to mount to my canon t2i?
A
Dear Customer, so sorry to tell you that this adapter won't allow your nikon 1 s1 lenses to mount to my canon t2i.
Q
Will this work with the pentax mount asahi takumar smc 50mm 1.4?
A
Yes. I have the same lens and adaptor on my Sony a7ll and it works beautifully. The m42 is also known as the 'universal' mount as other 3rd party camera and lenses also used it. I own 6 other K&F e-mount adaptors to different lens makers (ltm, MD, CF/CD, Nikon) and they all are well built with a nice snug fit. Highly recommended.
Q
I have a 1st gen tamron 70-200 f/2.8 lens for my nikon d80... will this work on fuji xt3? tamron lens does not have an aperture ring.
A
The adapter is designed for Nikon lenses, including D mount. If the Tamron fits the Nikon D80 it should work. As for the lack of aperture ring on the Tamron ... not sure about that. Perhaps the Nikon D80 has an in camera aperture selection.
Q
Pentax pk mount usually means pentax k mount which has a flange distance greater than m. is this adapter for adapting leica m lens to pentax q camera?
A
I actually have not received this adapter yet. It's shipping from China. Don't think that was disclosed in the ad. However, I do not believe this is for the Pentax Q body rather for digital and film cameras that take the Pentax K mount in its many variations. So I'm expecting to be able to mount my Leica M mount lenses on my digital and film Pentax K mount cameras, no autofocus or relay of exposure information, only to be used with manual focus and exposure.
Q
I currently own 3 a-mount lense (from a sony a230) just bought a sony a5000, which is an emount. Will this adapter fit my old lenses to my new camera?
A
No, this adapter is for the older manual focus Minolta Rokkor MC and MD lenses. If you want to autofocus and aperture control you will need the Sony LA-EA4. (the lower cost Sony LA-EA3 will electronically connect A mount lenses but you will have to manually focus.)
