I use this mostly for recording my drives on trails and on the roads on my jeep. Though not exactly a dash cam but it does that the work fairly well too. I've also used it occasionally while cycling and it works perfectly there too. The video quality is really nice and clear. No vibrations at all and the resulting video is vert stable irrespective of the terrain.I transfer the data straight away on the computer using the memory card, so cannot really comment on the mobile app as I've never had to use it. The camera accessories are plentiful and help you mount the camera almost anywhere you can think of. Have used it for about 5 months now and its helped me capture some amazing videos of my drives. Easy to use two button operation once you know the controls. Suits my needs perfectly. Money well spent.

I used this camera to go to Thailand and take underwater videos and photos. Great image quality, easy to use, and lightweight to fit in my pack! Love this camera and it was a great price!

The user manual is less than complete so it's best to "play" with the controls in conjunction with the manual. Also be aware there are protective coverings on three of the cameras that need to be removed...sounds like a no brainer but you may not notice the coverings up front. The only criticism is that it is hard to read the OFF-TEST-ON control reading. It just needs better highlighting... which is nitpicking to a degree but might be important when activating in a hunting environment.
